My apt is next door so if I am not traveling, we will be neighbors and will try to offer a high quality hospitality by letting you know about local festivals, hidden gems and favorite spots :-) The apartment is in the center of the city – only a short walk from the Old Town – but away from the crowded tourist area. The closest beach is 800 m.away. Bakery, super market and pharmacy are all within walking distance. Every Wednesday there is an open-air farmers' market in the neighborhood. We recently installed an optical fiber based network, so that you can work remotely reliably with stability and internet speed of 100 Mbps. The central bus station is only 5 mins walk, so the access to the airport, as well as all beaches and villages is very very easy. The Old Port is just a 15 min walk. If you still decide to rent a car, parking will not be a problem around the area! This is a smoking free apt. Please enjoy your cigarette on the balcony !

If you are looking for somewhere totally away from the turmoil of every day life, this is the place for you. The only other people here are Sue and I (and our Labrador, Darcy) However, Kissamos is close by and has everything you will need for shopping or eating out and also we are close to the popular beaches of Falasarna and Balos.

So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture. Apartment 50sqm, comfortable, modern, airy, bright, airy with large balconies to enjoy the panoramic view of Falasarna. It has screens and shutters for protection against insects. Quiet environment and nearby destinations from exotic beaches. A car is necessary in this area and because the beach of Falassarna is 2 km. Due to the crown, before each new arrival, we make sure to disinfect the surfaces that visitors often touch.
