Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία καθώς είναι πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, στον εμπορικό δρόμο με τα καταστήματα εστίασης ,καφέ καθώς και σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες του Δήμου.

Ενοικιαζόμενο δωμάτιο της επιχείρησης "Markos Rooms" μόλις 20 μέτρα από την παραλία του γραφικού Κινίου, ένα λεπτό από τα εστιατόρια και τις καφετέριες του χωριού, μέσα σε μια ολάνθιστη αυλή. Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο και διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, κλιματισμό, βραστήρα, μπάνιο, ενώ δίπλα του βρίσκεται βεράντα. Μπορείτε να κάνετε χρήση κοινόχρηστης κουζίνας και πλυντηρίου. Υπάρχει επίσης δημόσιο πάρκινγκ έξω από το κατάλυμά μας. Το καλύτερο περιβάλλον για τις πιο όμορφες διακοπές!

Tinos, Agios Romanos

The house is located at Agios Romanos' beach. The beach can be accessed on foot. There is a tavern, a small cafe and a beach bar. The sofas and the KIng size bed are built-in. The most outstanding feature of the house is the unique view, which you can enjoy from every room and the balcony. After every accommodation, the house is sanitized with the use of a steam cleaner and detergents that contain chlorine. During your stay and if you wish to, the house is cleaned every 3 days, free of charge.

It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.
