Accommodation is located just outside the village of Kington Magna, north Dorset between Shaftesbury, 7 miles, and Sherborne, 9 miles, and set in the owner’s grounds. Well situated for visits to the many National Trust properties in the area, the sea (about 45 mins), Bath and Salisbury (both 50 mins). Living area (kitchen/lounge) is on the first floor with double bedroom/ensuite bathroom and on ground floor twin bedroom/shower. Garden with patio and furniture. No smoking. One pet considered.

A great place for walks across the Blackmore Vale, there are several footpaths close by.

The house is located within an equestrian farm estate and only 5 minutes walk to an award winning pub and Spar shop in the village. Centrally located for fun packed days out from Stonehenge, Stourhead, Longleat, Gold Hill, to Monkey World, Sherborne Castle and the Jurassic Coast. It’s also a very short drive to the popular Todber fishing lakes and historic Shaftesbury.

Cosy 1-bedroom cottage in Dorset

Welcome to peace and relaxation in my Grade II listed cottage in historic Shaftesbury. The self-catering cottage is in a unique gated courtyard near the foot of Gold Hill and is within a short walk of the town centre and a local pub. It is compact and therefore suitable for singles and couples (I do not accept 3rd party bookings), and we also welcome well-behaved pets. You will have use of a private enclosed garden a short walk from the cottage, and on-street parking is available nearby.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Self-contained, double-bed apartment in the quiet village of Holton, Somerset, 5 mins from Wincanton and A303. Perfect stopover location for those travelling to the West Country or attending events at the many local venues. We are ideal for those needing accommodation for work. Dbl bed, shower, TV, sofa, fridge, microwave/ oven, portable hob, kettle, toaster, breakfast basket, parking. Village pub (currently closed). There are other good pubs & restaurants within a 5 min drive.

A charming, one-bedroom, semi-detached cottage in a lovely peaceful setting with far-reaching views over beautiful countryside. Swallows End offers a relaxing hideaway for both business and holiday travellers. A short distance from both the A303 and Gillingham Station, which provide links to the West Country and London. The National Trust property, Stourhead is very close and for walkers, the Monarch's Way runs through the adjacent fields. Well situated for both Longleat and Bath.

The Cabin

The cabin is located in the garden of the Old School House in a countryside location. It is simple but elegantly furnished with an ensuite shower room. There are plenty of sockets, lighting and its own strong wi-fi connection. It is cosy, clean and comfortable with a microwave, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. We have provided tea, instant coffee and the basics that you may require for breakfast on the first day. There isn’t a full kitchen or any cooking facilities at the cabin.

Relax and unwind in this quiet, comfortable and convenient space, walking distance from Gillingham town centre and the train station. Pricing is based on 2 people sharing one room. Located close to the centre of Templecombe Village, Hill House Cottage is a charming, self-contained wing of a Grade II listed early 18th century house. The property has been renovated to a high standard with exposed stonework, flagstone floors, and a lovely wood burning stove in the sitting room, creating a very special holiday accommodation. The cottage is within walking distance of a convenience store, the nearest pub is less than 1 mile away.
