Mandys place was just amazing. Everything you need is provided and more. Having the pool for the kids was a winner. The Steam train coming past was really good felt like the Railway Children waving all the time. Great recommendations for eating out. Thank you looking at booking again.

We had a long weekend stay with family and the location and cottage was absolutely beautiful. Geoff was a really friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool and play facilities were brilliant, massive pool that was really warm and easy to book etc. the house was pristine, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. What a wonderful week! This villa provided a perfect blend of luxury and privacy for our family. Our two-year-old had an absolute blast with the pool and the thoughtfully equipped playroom, which made our holiday so much more relaxing. We loved waking up to the beautiful views each morning, and the inclusion of a rowing boat was a fantastic perk that we thoroughly enjoyed. The convenience of being a short 10-minute walk to Dittisham pier was excellent, allowing for easy boat excursions to Dartmouth and other lovely spots. A truly fantastic stay. We're so grateful for your hospitality and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you!

We live locally but needed a place to stay whilst having renovations done. Leanne was really helpful and supportive and the caravan was perfect for our stay. We felt like we were on holiday! Lovely little holiday park and I'm sure this would be a great stay for anyone looking for holiday.

What a great house to stay in, the pictures don’t actually do it justice. It has everything that you could expect and more, plenty of space and stuff to keep children occupied

We had such a wonderful week in Berry Pomeroy. The accommodation was a wing of a manor house, and had a completely private and secluded feel with an enormous garden. The kids were entertained the whole week with a trampoline, row boat, chess set, table tennis, games room and a lovely garden to explore. We just loved the main Kitchen/Dining/Living room which is an elegant and very comfortable space to socialise, and even with 9 of us it felt so spacious! This accommodation feels like a home from home. Antonia and Rob were so helpful and responsive and they were ideal hosts. There are plenty of different areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings outside. The property is a little tricky to find but as long as you follow the instructions carefully its fine. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return again.

There are not enough superlatives to describe this place, the quality of the accommodation, the best we have ever encounter, in however many years we have been in AirBnBs. The quality of the finish was off the scale, but the best superlative has to be for the view, its is simply stunning, I am so jealous of them, waking up to the view! every day! In the summer it will be great to have your morning brew or evening GnT on the patio, looking at that view, you will never tire of it! Salina could not be more helpful, giving us information on beaches and places to go and eat. By the way the local Chinese is excellent as well!! The location is great, the pool was fab, shame it was May not August, but still great. It's just the best place we have stayed in .......even!! Book it, you will not be disappointed!!

What a fabulous house for a family break! So much space that for the 11 of us to spread out in,we never felt over crowded. The house was very well equipped,we could all comfortably sit down to eat. The garden was very safe for the children to run around in and it was such a quiet area. David was very responsive to any query I had. I think we could be back next year!

We had such a lovely holiday, the park is in an ideal location with lovely facilities, our children loved the pool! The caravan was beautiful, clean and spacious and such great value for money! Great communication throughout as well, thank you.

Just returned from the most wonderful break to this gorgeous location absolutely stunning Loved the beautiful location so peaceful and quiet, superb walking, superb beach and incredible sea view from the property which was immaculate absolutely pristine. Cannot recommend this property enough we all had a wonderful time and will definitely return. A truly remarkable place and absolutely perfect 😍 for our family.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s place and it was perfect for our book club weekend. The view is gorgeous and the upstairs living area and bedrooms downstairs worked well for us. Would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful weekend away!

Laurel Cottage is well equipped and beautifully decorated. A lovely place to stay in Exmouth.

There was an unfortunate issue with the cleaning of the cottage prior to our arrival but Annie resolved this immediately and I am sure this was a rare event. Annie was always responsive and clearly wanted our stay to be perfect. The cottage is very comfortable and was perfect for the two of us and our dog. The green space we needed for our dog was just a few minutes walk away. Salcombe is one of our favourite places. It has great coastal walks, many places to visit, fine dining and beautiful scenery. We would definitely consider staying in the cottage again should we need a place in Salcombe in the future. Thank you Annie for making our stay so pleasurable.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

Bens place was high on the hill with stunning views of the ocean and Shaldon . The place was spacious and had everything you needed. Great value for money for 8 people !

nice place to go with family… really really nice nd clean house…. danny is a great man called him he talk really nicely nd polite nd asked him local beaches he told me everything wat i needed… thnx mate hopefully will b back there again

We spend a week at Ringmore, but could have easily stayed several weeks due to the lovely atmosphere of the cottage, the village and the attractive surrounding. House and garden are beautiful. You can feel at home instantly. The house is bright and friendly and well equipped. The beautiful surrounding invites to stray around, walk to the beach, enjoy the landscape, walk the coastal path starting from the house at Ayrmer Cove, a small beach with amazing rocks. And have dinner at the Journeys End Inn with a very nice variety of food and of course ales. There are many more things to explore: lovely villages, churches, cathedrals, ports, gardens, museums, estuarys, Dartmoor, great coast ... The host Anna was very nice and gave us lots of information. Thanks a lot for staying at this special place and experiencing a wonderful atmosphere!

Gary's place is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in Devon. it is extremely luxurious, all our needs were catered for we felt welcome an d comfortable straight away. Highly recommended for a family or group of friends, plenty of space to be in others company without bumping into each other. we absolutely loved our stay there . 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our family had a fantastic time staying at David and Susan’s lovely home in Holcombe. The spacious living area and incredible garden were perfect for us. We loved the house's location and even discovered a hidden gem - a secluded beach! We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most amazing stay at Longlands. The location and views are absolutely stunning with lots of beautiful walks from your doorstep. The weather was beautiful so we made the most of the patio and garden and our dogs were so happy there. The master bedroom is huge and has incredible views which you can enjoy whilst having a cup of tea in bed! The terrace off the master bedroom was the ideal place to sit and have drinks before dinner and take in the views. Longlands immediately felt very comfortable and Heather just makes you feel so relaxed from the get go with nothing being too much trouble. Definitely want to come back!

Great stay at No.1 Beachdown. Everything we needed for a perfect stay and amazing views. Had a very relaxing week and so many great places to visit.
