There are 54 steps in all but the reward is the view, of the sea, river, castle and Kingswear. Our property is an old coastal cottage with a modern twist. It provides the perfect location to sit and take in the river life, the steam trains or as a base to explore the areas many attractions.

At Last is a charming, Grade II listed, 3 bedroom house with views of the river, just a few minutes' walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Dartmouth. The property is attractively furnished with 2 smart TVs and WiFi Bedrooms: 1. King size double 2. Double 3. Single + bunk beds (bedroom has low headroom on entrance - more suitable for children) Please note: there are 4 floors with steep stairs - so not ideal for toddlers or someone with mobility problems No parking space at the house

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, this property is perfect for people who like being in a bustling environment and want to enjoy real life in a seaside town! This is an interesting house, with an ancient footprint and very modern interior. It is built over three floors and is a 35 second walk to the river - we counted!
