I was attending a wedding in Exeter and Stuart's place was a great location to walk to the venue. Stuart and Nicola are really warm and friendly and I felt like I was staying with family. They made me a lovely breakfast in the morning with homemade jam. I would definitely choose to stay again if I'm ever back in Exeter Thankyou so much

Really nice stay. A very cosy, comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The highlight of the stay was the fantastic breakfast, with a fantastic view of Dartmouth. Lizzie and her husband are warm, welcoming and friendly. The stay was also very reasonably priced compared to others in Dartmouth, and even more so given how nice a place it is. I would definitely recommend staying, especially if you are visiting Dartmouth for a Pass Out Parade.

Rosalie was very welcoming. My ground floor room was HUGE and the bathroom was lovely and modern. The grounds are lovely and the views are stunning. Rosalie made me feel very relaxed there and provided me with a lovely breakfast. The location was great for my work meeting in ivy bridge and I enjoyed a nice meal at the Trehill pub.

Holly was super helpful both before I arrived to make sure I knew how to get there with different options for travel. She is really welcoming, gave me tips or nice walks in the area and suggestions for places to eat. When I didn´t have an adapter for my European changer, she appeared with one of her own. I really enjoyed my stay. It is a peaceful place to stay, easy to get into the town center and to walks around the area. I definitely woudl recommend Holly!

My second stay with Rosemarie. Once again, everything was spot on. Lovely, friendly host, great communications and a good night’s sleep.

I thought the room was beautiful. I had a lovely nights sleep listening to the gentle sound of the river flowing outside.

Pippa's place was perfect! She has very considerately created a great space for any visitor with many thoughtful touches. A quiet location close to the river, an incredibly comfortable bed, a great bathroom, a little sofa, and a straightforward tv (not as common as one might think!)--so a perfect spot to unwind at the end of a long day exploring all that Totnes and the surrounding area have to offer. And Pippa has lots of good information about places to visit and clearly has a love for the region. I can't recommend her as a host or her place highly enough. I would absolutely love to return.

Rachel is friendly, polite, helpful and easy to talk to. She helped me with parking. The room is cosy and it has a large double bed which is very comfortable. The bathroom is a spacious, with the dining room, they have the nice decorations that I liked very much. I would recommend Rachel's lovely home.

Great place in a good location. Host was friendly and welcoming. There is a slight draft that comes into the bedroom that did make it quite cold at night and in the mornings but otherwise would recommend this place

Second time here and loved it again! Impeccably clean and tidy on arrival, lovely little outside place to enjoy a drink, own driveway for your car. Lovely, comfy main bed. Everything required in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

A great little place in retro style close to town centre. The features, fixtures and fittings brought back a lot of memories of life in 1970/80s Britain. Nice park with good amounts of wildlife across the road which leads into town and to the beach. It was nice to have a pet fish to care for and watch when you was in the kitchen. We’ll worth a stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mike and Anne’s. They were so lovely and gave the best local recommendations. We took 2 under twos with us and the flat was absolutely perfect for the 5 of us, they even provided a cot! Lots of breakfast supplies were left for us which was amazing and the flat looks even better in person! I will definitely be back in the future for a longer stay:) thank you so much for a great stay!

Very comfortable & lovely views of the garden.

We had an excellent stay at Kairen’s and Phil’s. They were very accommodating about our late arrival and helpful to assist in finding the place in the dark. The accommodation was perfect for us, very homely , cosy and peaceful to get back to at the end of a busy day. The kitchen was well-equipped and pleasant to cook in. We are very likely to return on a future visit to the South West.

The most amazing break, make all the more wonderful by such an amazing place to stay. Everything you could possibly need, and more provided in accommodation that was so clean and perfectly located. Communication with Vicki was second to none. Thankyou Vicki. We will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Everything about Julia's place matched the description. Lots of nice touches such as milk, butter, beer, orange juice in the fridge etc. Comfortable, well equipped with nice touches such as an Expresso coffee machine with plenty of pods. If you study the advert you can see everything you are going to get - it worked perfectly for my wife and I (plus our cocker spaniel)!

If you are lucky enough to have a home which is half as nice as this place you won’t be disappointed, the property & facilities are 5*+.the hosts treat you like old friends and the breakfast is as good as you could get in a 5* hotel. Nothing is too much trouble & bear is the most loveable dog you could wish to meet. We will definitely be back 🤩

We had a lovely stay in Frogmore. Sarah was very welcoming and nothing too much trouble. She met us at the car and showed us to the accommodation which was just perfect for us. Over the few days we were there Sarah checked that we were warm enough and if we needed any breakfast top ups. Breakfast was very nice and the little table where we ate it had a smal vase of fresh flowers and greenery. A nice touch. Bathroom was nice too with plenty of towels. Would we stay again? Yes, if we come to the area again, we most certainly would.

Katie was very friendly and the view out of our window over the fields of sheep and cows was lovely. A very rural and secluded location, but within minutes of Ashburton. We will definitely stay at Katie‘s place next time we are in in Devon.

It’s was a brilliant place, the area is perfect, very beautiful and quiet but also very close to travel into the city or seaside! Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house has a beautiful garden and a charming traditional style. Everything was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Polly is a lovely and friendly host who respected our privacy, which made us feel completely at ease. She also kindly guided us to local sightseeing spots, which helped us make the most of our trip. Every morning, she prepared a lovely breakfast for us, including fresh bread with jam, milk, almond milk, cereal, tea, and coffee. It was a perfect start to the day. Highly recommended!

Our stay with Anne & Jonathan was perfect. They both made us feel very welcome and we loved exploring their farm. Anne is also a wonderful passionate cook, we were spoilt with her delicious home made food. Many fruits and veggies were grown on their land. The standard of the accommodation is also very high with a fine attention to detail and wonderful old furniture. The stay suited us perfectly and really look forward to staying again with them. Ken & Teijun were perfect hosts. They were not intrusive at all but available if I needed anything . They went over and above to make me feel at home. I stayed in a very large room with an en-suite in a very nice area of Brixham. Teijun cooked me a great breakfast at a time to suit me . I would definitely stay with them again . Thank you both .

This was our 2nd visit to Hilary’s, as before we had a great welcome, the room and bathroom were spotless, and very comfortable. Hilary is an excellent hostess, easy to chat with, and extremely kind and thoughtful. The breakfast was great, very generous and plenty of choice. Would highly recommend! Many thanks Hilary!
