This place was spacious & beautiful! The outside area & dock was perfect for all of us! The kitchen was stocked w/ many plates, pots & pans. Would definitely come back !!

Absolutely loved our stay at Denise’s place! A very chic and modern waterfront property in a great location with lots of privacy—an ideal spot to relax and unwind for our girls weekend. Very close to PEC which was a huge plus for us. Denise was so friendly and responsive all weekend long! The place had everything we needed, including bed linens, towels, and toiletries. The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials and the dining and living area were so bright and clean with a gorgeous view of the water. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, and even though a fire ban was in effect, we saw lots of firewood on the property. Bedrooms were clean and spacious. We really loved our stay and cannot wait to return!

From the very beginning, Tim was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions immediately. I knew what to expect as soon as I walked in. The house fit 2 families and 2 large lazy dogs without feeling cramped. Having water access was amazing, the kids fished all day while the parents enjoyed time on the patio. The kids were able to take kayaks out to fish as well. The water grass made it a little difficult to keep an eye on the kids from the patio area, but not enough to be a problem. The water is very shallow but we were able to park our rented boat (Mac's Boat Rental-super awesome to the kids) without a problem. This house is exactly what we were looking for; private, waterfront and allowed dogs heavier that 20lbs-which is difficult to find. This house was a gem and we will gladly rent again! Thanks Tim!

Stayed here for a weekend trip with my husband and our pup. This place is beautiful right on the lake and has literally everything you’d ever need! Very open and cute, the king size bed was to die for. We had a rainy weekend but I enjoyed reading by the fireplaces and did enjoy the back deck on one night. Not far from anything you might need otherwise! We’d love to stay again!

This beautifully appointed home was a perfect getaway. The peaceful lake with no cottages on the far side was clean and great for boating or swimming right off the dock. We enjoyed loons, herons, owls and a bunny. We hiked at Gould lake, swam, fished from the rowboat, had a campfire and watched stars from zero gravity chairs with no light pollution. A wonderful stay! James and Cathie’s place was exactly as described -it was clean, kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was wonderfully relaxing and the view was stunning! We will for sure be back!

We had an amazing stay at Ryan’s. The views of the lake are beautiful and the home is spacious and clean. I highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here with my family, my parents and my brother, it was so spacious and the best stocked Air BNB I’ve ever stayed at in terms of kitchen utensils and activities to do. We used the sauna, jumping into the still freezing lake to cool off, the hot tub and got out onto the water using the kayaks and canoe. There were life jackets in assorted sizes, water guns for the kids. The space is amazing for entertaining, visiting from abroad, we used our stay to host and catch up with aunts and uncles and cousins I haven’t seen in many many years and everyone enjoyed the day so much. Our kids made great memories as their first time being “up north”. Would absolutely stay again the next time we visit Canada.

Such a lovely location and beautifully decorated apartment. Enjoyed everything about it from sitting out on the deck watching birds, boats etc to firepits in the evening and walking to the local Tikki Bar for food, beverage and socializing. We found the people in this area to be the friendliest we've come across in our travels. Oh yes and the bed is heaven.

Excellent place! Beautiful setting, cozy, quiet and very clean with spectacular views. Perfect location for waterfront walking, downtown shopping and dining. We definitely Italy will be back.

Pam was terrific from the start - she was very responsive and helpful in all of our communication leading up to our stay. She was there to let us in and give us a tour of the space, but then she disappeared and left us to get settled in. The house has some great history and it is a 3 minute walk to the Main Street of a lovely village that is a great central location from which to explore the whole area. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable and the bathroom was large and well equipped. There is a small sitting area that is fine for beginning and end of the day (no TV - which at first was a bit of a surprise, but we actually enjoyed not having that as a default to entertaining ourselves). Pam is an artist (very good) and a lot of her work is displayed in the space which enhances the area. An excellent value, comfortable space, lovely host.

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

This is a fantastic place. Saskia and Maarten are very nice. They sent us very clear instructions and recommandations. They also responded quickly to our questions. Everything in the airbnb is thought for you to enjoy and make your life easy. They are very helpful. They also provided an extension for us to plug our electric car. The place is very well located, close to Wellington and the Sandbanks. It is beautiful, next to the lake with a great view. They have lots of space and provide paddle boards, kayaks and canoes with direct access to the lake. It is comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Great location with good sized deck overlooking the water, walkable to everything in downtown Clayton…parking could have been a problem mid-day but otherwise ideal

My mom and her husband stayed in Christina’s beautiful home. They had nothing but great things to say! It was super clean, peaceful, and the view from the balcony is breath taking. She made multiple comments on how comfy the bed was too; one of her best sleeps in a long time. Christina is super quick to respond and such a great host. I have stayed in Christina’s place in the past and knew it would be perfect for my mom’s stay. Looking forward to booking here again in the future.

My family had a wonderful stay at Tracey’s cottage. It is a beautiful open space, very clean, and has an amazing view of the lake. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Tracey was extremely helpful and communicative. Check in and out was very smooth and easy.

We spent New Year’s at Leah’s place, and it was absolutely amazing. Her guest house is so cozy, and she’s an incredible hostess. Not to mention, her place is dog-friendly, which made it even better! It was such a memorable way to ring in the new year.

Logement très mignon, bien décoré et magnifique vue, directement sur l’eau! L’hôte nous a bien conseillé sur les activités à faire dans les alentours. Le chalet est très bien situé, tout près du parc national de Sandbanks et des centre-villes de Picton et Wellington. Nous avons adoré notre séjour! La seule chose est qu’il n’y a pas d’air climatisée, il peut faire chaud la nuit malgré les ventilateurs.

We had a wonderful time at Blake’s cottage. We enjoyed the relaxation, BQQ, and walking around the village of Westport, which was very close by. Our dog really enjoyed the property and town as well. We recommend the Lost Penny Pub in Westport for a drink and food. Thank you so much to Blake and Lizzie!

The property was beautiful and offered great gathering places for our family and wonderful cottages to spend some quiet time. The lake is pretty quiet and offered nice boating/kayaking and shallows that were perfect swimming for our kids. The cottages were outfitted with everything you need and were thoughtfully organized and designed. Mark and Angie were awesome, friendly, and helpful. We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. We hope to return next summer!

Stayed in early spring. Lots of books, games, movies to entertain. Internet was fast and reliable. Wood stove kept the cottage cozy. To cold to swim etc. Parents with small children be aware the path to the lake is steep with no railing. Overall loved the stay. Planning another in the fall.

Was perfect for what we needed. A one night stay for a wedding. I missed the fact there were no towels but luckily we all showered before getting there.

Amazing 3-day stay! Perfect, peaceful view with a quiet environment. The lake is beautiful with clean water. The house is in great condition and well-equipped - we enjoyed cooking there. The owners are very nice. Everything we needed was provided. Highly recommend!
