Perfect spot away from most of civilisation. There is a little traffic directly past the house to another house on the property which did surprise me a little bit. Beach is very kid friendly and a perfect place to watch sunset. Some things in the house could use a little bit of an upgrade like the old gas oven to which the igniter doesn’t work on, hard to use tongs, or unable to hotspot phone to the tv. Even though off the main path, not too far away from most places. Great stay

Such a great place to stay. Comfy, well appointed, with a lovely outdoor area. Close to National park and a few minutes walk to a beautiful beach. Would highly recommend Cad’s place. We would return here if we visit Kangaroo island again.

Great place to stay, clean, voluminous and fully equiped. Perfect area in front of the beach. An extra bonus for the mattresses and the electric heated toppers.

It was really a beautiful and peacefull place to stay. Place was clean and as described. Highly recommend it. Will surely come back. I forgot my airpods but host was really nice and friendly they posted back my airpods. So nice of them. Rooms very big and kitchen is beauty. You can cook your fav dish as well. 😄 Will come back for sure 🥰

House was maintained well, neat and tidy, peaceful. walkable distance from the Drakes, OTR and restaurants, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly, hope to return back in near future. Elisa is a great host, thank you for your hospitality cheers 🍻

The boat house is a great place to stay for a large group of people, ample room, clean and convenient in Kingscote. Thanks Sarah, we really enjoyed our stay.

Ying’s place is spacious and clean. It has all the amenities listed by her and has a great view from the dining table. The location is perfect and peaceful.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und morgens wird man von schönen Vogel Geräuschen geweckt. Abends haben uns Wallabys in der Nähe der Terrasse besucht. Wer die Natur und Ruhe mag, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Küche war mit allem Nötigen ausgerüstet und die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

At every step, Rachel ensured that we would have a perfect holiday. The apartment was pristine, the amenities excellent, the location superb, and the provisions were generous. Stunning place in the heart of Penneshaw. Short drive from the ferry, walking distance to the pub, supermarket & local cafes. Tourist office right across the road. It was so clean & tidy, every thing was available for a wonderful stay. BBQ on the deck overlooking the beautiful water, was our favorite pastime. Ellie was super helpful with our check out & we loved our stay here.

This stay was a dream! The interior was stunning and felt right at home. Owners were also responsive on time and welcoming.

Our 2 br unit was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed. Close enough to the town centre - supermarket and cafes and worked well as a base for the rest of the island. Kirsty made contact during our week's stay to make sure we had all we needed and we sure did.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bayview Apartment. The views from the apartment were magnificent. The apartment has everything to make it a comfortable stay for guests. Quiet, peaceful surrounds with lots of birdlife. Perfect location for chill out time. Dirk and Zanne are friendly and helpful hosts. Highly recommended.
