Had a fantastic stay. The cottage was just like a home from home. The garden like something straight from the secret garden book! Wanda was extremely welcoming of our dogs! Would highly recommend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jo’s place. The annex was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, plus more! The croissants, bread, chocolates, wine, juice and yoghurts Jo left us were a lovely touch, as were the treats for our dog! We also enjoyed the use of the exercise equipment. The area is absolutely stunning. Thank you Jo - we had a lovely weekend!

Had a brilliant weekend stay. Walkable to the city centre and local pub. Quiet neighbourhood and wonderful place to come back to.

Lovely cottage in a great location. Super thoughtful hosts provided lots of extras for dog/babies etc. Comfy beds, new large towels (something you don’t always find!) decorated really nicely. The place was clean, warm, well equipped, loads of hot water and a great shower - you don’t often find this in holiday cottages! Really easy walking distance to town, the beach and also the big Tesco. Super responsive and helpful host - very kind and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Catherine is beyond a super host, we had everything we could possibly need and more. A condiments draw so we don’t need to worry about what we forgot! Hand cream, tissues, plenty of toilet roll and dishwasher tablets. Every kitchen utensil you could ever need. A welcome pack that was so very welcome. Good sized towels and plenty of them. Catherine is the hostess I would aspire to be if I did Airbnb! When we needed anything she responded so quickly and the property is so beautiful. Close to the seaside, wrapped by countryside and the garden is a dream, our dogs absolutely loved it as much as we did. I can not recommend higher, and I am a serial Airbnber!! Thank you 😊

Lovely house, with a lot of nice touches and generous provision of the minimum ingredients for cooking, tea, coffee, fresh milk left in the fridge and toiletries, which was a nice surprise. Practical access and easy to park around. Julia was responsive and accommodating when we requested to arrive a bit earlier than planned. Many thanks!

We loved our stay at Jessica's place. The surroundings were lovely; we had the benefit of great weather but it was so comfortable and beautiful there the rain didn't take away from our enjoyment. Comfortable beds too. Jessica is an excellent host - lots of great recommendations and all aspects of the stay were easy and stress free. We would definitely return to this gorgeous place!

I have stayed at the cottage a few times now and it always delivers. Ben keeps his properties in pristine condition and ensures a warm welcome. when we arrived on a cold night the log burner had been lit so it was literally a very warm welcome. Ben the owner as usual checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory then leaves you to enjoy your break. However, if you do need anything or have any questions he is really responsive. As stated I have stayed here multiple times and can highly recommend the properties and Ben as a host.

My mother and I came here for a Monday to Thursday stay and we absolutely loved it! it's setting is fantastic as you are in the centre of Cromer and a few steps away from the beach front and promenade! the home furnishings were amazing and spotless, the bed was so comfortable I could've stayed in it all day! the kitchen was beautiful and very big with more than enough room for the two of us. we found the kitchen floor to be quite sticky but everything that we needed was there so we sorted that out without issue. we would definitely stay here again!!

We had a lovely stay at Angie's Airbnb. The location was great, super close to the town and the beach which was perfect for our family stay. Sheringham was a traditional seaside little town which we all enjoyed. We had great weather which also helped! The flat was much bigger than it looked from outside and was plenty big enough for the 5 of us and our dog, and had everything we needed for our stay. If we are ever in this area again we would definitely stay here, and would recommend to friends.

Really beautiful flat, great location for exploring nearby restaurants and bars. There can be a little noise from diners outside Pizza Express, but I found if you put on the fan in the bedroom it drowns it out. Great communication from host, arranged for someone to meet us with the key and show us in. Parking space is a bonus in this central location and is in a secure garage. Recommended property and host.

A great find so close to the beach, coastal path and town. A lovely, homely flat with all you need, including bathrobes! Check-in easy with clear instructions and good communication with Ali. Had no issues with parking, managed to park outside the flat, however there was always space on roads nearby. Great transport links with buses and trains. Lots of great places to eat, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

We loved this place, brilliant wrap around veranda, spacious airy rooms, peaceful but with most of the appliances from home...even a tv in the bedroom! The kitchen is great but if you don't fancy cooking there is the hotel 10 mins walk away with two bars serving food and if you go after 7pm you can call for a shuttle to take you there and back for free. It's like getting a lovely break in the country with tv, WiFi and a pub/ restaurant nearby if you get bored of all the nature! The staff at the hotel were lovely and the food was great.

We stayed here with our 2 children and our dogs . It was absolutely perfect . We had a wedding just a 4 minute walk from the caravan . We had come down from North Yorkshire and after a long drive it was lovely to come to such a clean , tidy along with everything you possibly needed. Just to say that Helen was a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommend to anyone . Thankyou so much . We really enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place !

We've just had a 3 night stay at no 25 Studio and enjoyed our visit. Perfectly placed to explore Sheringham and the surrounding areas. The studio was just as in the photos, there was also a vase of fresh tulips which was a lovely touch. I loved the prints on the wall in the bedroom and kitchen and there were some interesting items displayed on the shelves. a tantalising glimpse of sea from one of the windows too.

Lovely stay at Shepley house. We had a great time, kids loved the pool and outdoor games. The garden and firepit were a real bonus and it was so relaxing to wake up to the birds singing. We had the most enjoyable three days and would love to come back one day.

Extremely clean and tidy caravan, very well equipped in a great location which felt private as was in a secluded place on the site. Very much enjoyed the veranda for watching the sunset and catching the last of summer sun, a short walk to the beautiful beach for dog walks. Several local restaurants/cafes in walking distance and lots to do in the area. My only improvement would be to provide bed linen and towels but would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Fred’s. The space was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of pots, pans and cutlery meaning we could easily cater for our group over the weekend. There was even an air fryer to use! The beds were comfy and the mix of single and double beds, meaning it was easy to organise the sleeping arrangements. Fred was very responsive and helped us find the property and showed us himself how to work everything in the house. Overall I would highly recommend staying here!

Damian was very helpful and could not do enough to ensure we had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, all be it not as big as it seems from the pictures. There isn’t a games room but a games area within the main living space - which is still great. It does need a slight spruce up in areas to really give it a complete deluxe/luxury wow feeling. Cinema room is excellent, garden and view is fantastic and there is sky tv in most rooms, beds aren’t king size and sofa beds in living room are really hard futon types so wouldn’t personally use them and would only book by bed number if we came back - which we definitely would! Overall great host and beautiful property which does as it describes. Thanks Damian for all your help during our visit!

Just the best way to welcome in 2025! The house was so warm and welcoming - and the best equipped kitchen ever!!! Such a joy - felt right at home, space for the family and what a sociable kitchen/dining area. Fantastic.... Location in Heacham is great - we drove to various beaches to walk the dogs and everywhere was very accessible. Never stayed in such a dog friendly house before - even equipped with a dog shower! Lots of really thoughtful touches like covers on the sofas so we could relax and so could the pooches! Definitely recommend Holly House and hopefully we will be back!

We were a family of 4 plus a labrador and the home was very spacious and light. The area was quiet and peaceful and as dog walkers, we enjoyed the local nature reserve. I would recommend Marc and his property, because communication was good and the home was spacious and clean, plus it had board games, which we enjoyed playing.

Stunning house and location. ideal for our work trip and hot tub and pool table added some evening entertainment.

We had a lovely time at Sam's home. Myself and partner stayed with our 11 month baby, 2 year old, and 3 other family members. We all agreed that the good aspects of this home were VERY good and enabled us to have a brilliant time. The garden, pool and outdoor shower were the definite highlights of the stay. Inside the house was clean and the layout and space worked well for all 7 of us. As stated above, certain features of the stay were outstanding which is why we gave it 5 stars but there are a few aspects we felt could really take it to the next level. Not being able to flush toilet paper, electric bin not working, big crack in top landing window, bizarre food left in fridge, freezer and cupboards (beetroot in fridge, cat food in cupboards), door handle broken in downstairs bedroom leading to garden, dishwasher full on arrival, blinds not rolling down/up properly etc All things that are easily sorted and would ensure the same high standard throughout.
