Melissa was friendly, attentive and accommodating. We reserved for a family reunion and everyone commented at what a perfect place it was for our needs, with a nice outside sitting area off the kitchen, swing and chair on porch. open access across the house, barbeque, comfortable and clean couches and beds. All in all it was a good experience and we hope to return in the future for other events, because it is perfect for visiting family members who enjoy a touch of country.

Place was cozy, peaceful & homey. Brittany was very responsive with any messages I sent her way. Was a plus to have a beautiful chill backyard patio & deck where our little one was able to explore and run around. Unfortonately we were not able to make use of the complimentary smore station... but maybe we will be back! Thank you for the beautiful stay.

We had a nice stay at this location. Ruben was a great communicator. The neighborhood is very walkable and I enjoyed walking in the evening down to Leon's for a treat. Lots of young families enjoying the area.

The apartment was very clean and quiet. We really appreciated the kitchenette and the fact that were was a television in the bedroom. I will definitely stay again if I can!

great stay. Easy to find, easy to check in, exactly as described. Older home, but very well maintained. Quiet street. Allen was proactive in providing information and checking up with us during the stay. We had no issues and would stay again if we are in the area.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Alicia was responsive and always very accommodating! We had my daughter's First Communion party here and there was so much space! 10/10 recommend for large families!

The property was super clean, and had a tidy little setup (no clutter). There are a few stores/coffee shops within walking distance, but the location isn’t downtown and there aren’t any restaurants or bars nearby (we knew that going in). Because the house is on a busy street, there is a fair amount of car noise, especially if you’re staying in the main bedroom. The backyard is a just a small fully paved and fenced patio…but there are a few chairs out there and it’s an okay place to sit and visit if the weather is nice (it was for us). The house smells very clean, but a few folks in our party thought the odor was too strong. Hanford tap water is pretty bad, and the host provided a few bottles of water for us (you’ll probably want to bring extra water of your own). The house is also part of a duplex. This wasn’t a problem for us, and we didn’t hear any noise from the neighbors, but it’s worth noting that you’ll be sharing walls with others. Also, our host was easy to communicate with.

The Perfect Getaway

No complaints. The place was nice and clean. The location was very close to downtown Lemoore. We got a chance to walk straight to downtown to see the Christmas 🎄Parade.

River farm house near Kingsburg- space to park RV

This is an old school nice house,very spacious inside and also outside a huge garage,plenty yard for pets and rooms are also spacious,we feel like home but way more paceful,we enjoyed the kitchen because there are so much light,we love it. At night is little too dark by the yard but nothing you can't handle bring a little lamp😉

Elizabeth had to move us to another house do to an unanticipated problem with other house. New house was great and she communicated everything perfectly. New house needed a couple different things to meet our needs and she took care of it promptly. Her homes are all in great locations. Will stay with her again.

We had a great time! House was imacculate and the perfect setting for us to visit with family. Carolyn always answered any questions we had quickly and concisely. We will definitely recommend this home to family members for future stays.
