Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We have provided all of the amenities required to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment is an ideal location for visiting Edinburgh and beyond or exploring the wonderful Fife Coast.

Equally beautiful in all seasons especially winter being so very cozy, it is fully heated with lots of hot water for the freestanding bath for two. Just 3 minutes walk from the train station and 35 minutes by train from Edinburgh, this is a delightful, relaxing retreat with access to the city still on hand. This was our second home and we have decided to open it up to airbnb. It has lots of home comforts including cosy beds, a comfy lounge with smart TV, fast wifi, large American Fridge, ice dispenser, microwave, washer dryer. Towels, bedding and essentials included.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
