Flat includes large living area with kitchen & dining table, bathroom & bedroom with UK kingsize bed Free parking available in an allocated space in private car park 2 minutes away from the flat. PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

The Little Barn, cosy with a touch of luxury

The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. NO PETS sorry! Off road parking. 5 minute walk from pretty Wheathampstead Village with many amenities. Beautiful country walks from the door and close to Luton Airport and the M1 and train stations for access to London and other areas. This cottage has a real homely relaxed feel to it and wonderful to relax and unwind by the log fire.

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed , travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

Part of historic Wheathampstead Place, owned by two former Prime Ministers, our ground floor apartment is modern, light and airy with 2 good size bedrooms (super-king and king beds which can be split into singles on request) with an additional single bed, or a cot, we can put up in the lounge on request. Master bathroom and second toilet. Parkingy for 2 cars. They are next to our home and well cared for.
