King bed sleeps two, full size bed, and two full size sleeper sofas each sleep one or two people. Extra blankets and pillows in rooms. Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. Also great for hunters looking for more than a single room to enjoy the area's abundant public land to pheasant hunt. There is plenty of space at this location to get ready for the hunt, shoot clay pigeons on-site or let the dogs get some exercise.

The Corn Palace Cottage - Amazing Location !

Welcome, everyone! Our home, built in 1925, is located in the heart of the historical area of downtown Mitchell. It is situated next to the World’s Only Corn Palace and includes off-street parking for two vehicles. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! Upstairs unit shown is a 2 bed, 1 full bath, w/ queen Temperpedic bed in master and twin over full bunk bed in 2nd bedroom, leather feather couch, patio table & chairs, firepit. 10 min. to Chamberlain schools, hospital & nursing home. Less than 5 min to Interstate I-90 and highway roads leading to Chamberlain and Ft. Thompson. This unit is upstairs.

Francis Case Reservoir Home

The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a BBQ place . It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has YouTube TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.

Juniper Townhouse #3

The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, which makes for a nice. The open room on the first floor makes for a nice common pace for people to hangout with each other. Out the back door is a patio area where you can enjoy the weather outside. I have a few AirBnBs in these townhouse. This give a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other.
