These two separate converted barns, set in a secluded valley just 12 miles south of Bath. The larger barn sleeps 12 and has huge rooms with beamed roofs and exposed brickwork. There is a large open plan kitchen and dining area, a stunning sitting room with a log burning stove, underfloor heating and amazing views down the valley. The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

The property is situated near the Norton Radstock Greenway which provides a traffic free route between Midsomer Norton and Radstock.
