Very cute place just 25-30 minute walk or 2-3 minute drive outside of Killarney. The house was very clean and quiet. Would recommend! Would stay again!

Enjoyed 3 days in Kenmare as a home base for exploring Southern Ireland. We were very happy with our choice. Very comfy setup for group of 4. We had all the comforts of home including fresh baked bread and a huge bowl of fresh fruit. Unfortunately we did not get to meet Ann in person due to our full schedule, but she was very responsive and pro-active with communication. We felt right at home and enjoyed her home as a great place to recover from 3 busy days traveling about. Highly recommend!

I think our best holiday ever. Unforgettable stay in a one-in-a-million home from home. The house, built by talented carpenter Simon, stands on a small plot 5 minutes from Ballydehob. It's bigger and more beautiful than it looks in the listing. Cosy, too. We were surrounded by nature - wrens woke us at dawn, bats flittered by at dusk, and the beautiful sky changed constantly above us. It was so quiet my husband couldn't sleep the first night, but after that we slept like babies and felt rejuvenated after just a week in this stunning place. There are endless wonderful places to visit within 30 minutes' drive, but if you're like us you'll head home each evening a little earlier than you feel you should, and hunker down joyfully in this very special haven of peace and tranquillity. Thank you to Simon for being helpful and available but completely unobtrusive. We can't wait to go back.

We stayed for work so didn't get to explore or enjoy the local area unfortunately. The house really made us feel at home while away. it was cosy, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back to stay again

We were given a warm welcome by our hosts. Groceries for the first breakfast were supplied (given that the next store is a 10 min drive). We never were at a quieter place before. Just the waves of the lake, the wind in the trees and a most beautiful view of the mountains. No better place to calm down. We made some short drives to the coast and further into the mountains. We felt the Ring of Kerry would not provide better experience than a walk on Rossbeigh Strand or on the Bridia Circuit. We just loved our stay at Rosarie's home.

Great place. Convenient for everything and has all you would want for your stay. Perfectly clean warm and cosy and had everything. Sheila was great to deal with and incredibly responsive. I would have no hesitation recommending her place as a great place to stay.

Barry and Fran's beautiful home was spotless, cosy and attention to detail was top marks. So homely. Breakfast was provided and communication was great. I have not stayed in a nicer Airbnb in very long time highly recommend their beautiful home.

Great spot. Neilie was very welcoming and the flat was immaculate. Really enjoyed my stay. Facilities exactly what you would want for a weekend stay or even longer. Beautiful location.

Kathleen and her husband were fabulous hosts. The location is extremely peaceful out in the country, thus we enjoyed fantastic sleep each night. Right from the doorstep we enjoyed walks around the countryside and over to the local pub. As we are quite familiar with the area, we can truly say this is very convenient to Clonakilty and other lovely West Cork towns and beaches. In particular, there is a top-notch chocolate atelier/coffee shop (The Hungry Crow) a 5-minute drive / 40 min. walk from the property that we visited each day of our stay! Note there is not a full kitchen so I would not plan on doing any cooking other than heating to-go or freshly prepared items in the small microwave. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday!

Sheila was an amazing host! She was always very responsive and even came by to help us reset the heater. She’s a wonderful and hospitable person. We absolutely loved the Airbnb, in the very heart Adare village, I’d say the prettiest village in Ireland. Lovely place!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this little piece of heaven Fantastic view looking out onto the bay Very cosy and comfortable and matched the description 5 min drive to beach where we had a lovely morning swim and sauna and came back and had breakfast with the eggs and bread that were left for us. The bed was very comfortable All in all excellent hosts , lovely accommodation, spotless with some nice little touches and would recommend 10/10 Hope to visit again sometime

I was very happy with my stay at Miguel and Colette's in Ballydehob. They are situated very close to the village, down a quiet road, and the village itself is lovely. I ate well both nights. Communication was great, breakfast was yummy, and I felt well looked after. Next time I'll book a facial or massage with Colette. Her skill was mentioned and praised by one of the locals I spoke with. Thanks Colette and Miguel!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at Vary’s apartment! We were welcomed warmly upon arrival, and provided with countless goodies to enjoy which was a very pleasant surprise! The apartment was spotless and the beds comfortable. We were able to walk into the village where there are pubs and restaurants (although not always open midweek!)……but the driveway back to the apartment is uphill a bit! All in all a fabulous place, and we highly recommend Vary’s!

We loved our stay in Ballyheigue. apartment was perfect for us as a family of 4. Comfy beds, good powerful shower. The kitchen has everything we needed. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the bay. The location is fab literally 5 mins from the beach. Caitriona is a lovely host really friendly and is on hand if you need her. would highly recommend if your looking to stay in Ballyheigue.

We had a wonderful stay and miss the lambs and lovely view so much! Gerard is so nice and we had a great time. can't wait to return someday!

Great 2 nights at Mary’s B&B. Easy walk to town for dinner. Good base to drive the Ring of Kerry. Comfy bed and cosy room. Mary cooks a good breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay

Thank you so so much Marie ! We had an amazing time and felt very welcome staying in the place. Marie is lovely, kind and really take care of her guests. We had delicious breakfasts every morning. The accommodation is very cute, romantic and calm. It felt like a retreat as there is no signal. ☀️ Her cat and dog were very friendly. We hope to be back one day and recommand 100 percent this place for your future holidays in Beara Peninsula. 🙏🏡

It was a beautiful stay in a great location. Would highly recommend it for anyone looking to explore a beautiful part of the country.

We felt very comfortable at Jane's. Every morning it smelled of fresh croissants, which Jane served us in an annexe that we could use in addition to our room. The muesli she prepared herself was also very tasty. The surrounding area offers many opportunities to go hiking and spend a great holiday. There were also plenty of tips.

No words needed 🥰 we felt like we where @ home. Margaret is so friendly and helped us with all during our stay. The house is very clean und the location is perfect. A little outside from Killarney but peaceful and great nature. Thank U Margaret for having 2 wonderful days with you and a part of your family and the dog Susi ♥️

We had a wonderful stay at Juliann’s. The space was very clean and charming. We felt that Juliann went above and beyond, even offering to drop off us off at certain locations, the breakfast was delicious as well (home made scones!!!). The home is just slightly out of town which is exactly what we were looking for, it had amazing views of the country. It was a perfect location between the town and the surrounding nature/tourist areas to explore. The location is very easy to get around with a car, if you don’t have one keep in mind to walk it will be a trek. Recommend this spot 100%

This place is all about the views & the experience. I felt like I was in another world in a good way. They provided all kinds of snacks & breakfast foods to include homemade bread. The area was so peaceful and quiet in the early evening. I really felt transported. A must see for yourself.
