A great house tucked in the back of the neighborhood. We enjoyed it so much that the week flew by. The house was well appointed, clean and easy to settle into. There are alot of stairs but it was fine overall. Any issues, Kees responded to promptly. We actually had no big issues but they checked in frequent enough. The community is pet friendly and I did like the location. I strongly recommend this property.

Place was comfortable and host was extremely responsive. Plenty of space for my husband, myself, and our two kids. We didn't find ourselves in need of anything. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pool and nearby beach. Laundry room was a big plus. Definitely recommend a stay here! Thanks Michelle!!

A minute walk to the beach. Spacious colorful and clean place. Highly recommend for 7 people. The pool and hot tub for the community were never crowded and so clean. The community club room and surrounding space was awesome. Loved this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We went with a large group and still had plenty of space. The kitchen and common areas were very clean and well-kept. We really enjoyed the hot tub and how close the beach was. The host was responsive and provided great suggestions of what to do in the area! Overall it was a great trip!

We enjoyed our long weekend away. Would have preferred something a little closer to the beach, but we enjoyed the pool. Pool area is great for little kids and getting cooled off. We enjoyed walking to the Wright Brothers museum. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Home was clean and as expected, except the patio umbrella was broken and in two pieces on the patio. Beds/mattresses weren’t great and the pillows could use an upgrade. Overall, the property was perfect for our weekend getaway.

This is our second time staying at the Beacon Villas. We love the location because it allows us to easily access the beach and all the amenities that Corolla Light Resort has to offer. The condo is the perfect size for our family - plenty of space and privacy when needed. It was very clean and looked exactly as described. When we return to Corolla, Beacon Villas will be first on our list of places to stay.

Kees Vacation’s was very responsive and provided proactive messages about the rental and area. I would rent again!

Great location and amenities. My family enjoyed the weekend getaway. My 20 month old grandson loved the pool and splash pad.

tara’s place was very nice and beautiful looked just like the pictures , the check in was easy and simple . she communicated well check instructions were simple and easy as well , the overall stay was amazing and i will be booking with tara again !!

I really love it here. This was my third time staying here. It's always clean and the location is unbelievable. I already have it booked again this summer. Ever since I found this townhouse I have never stayed anywhere else and as long as this townhouse is available I will never stay anywhere else. The location for me or anyone else is incredible. There's no way that I can find a place right on the beach for the price that this cost. Shaila is a very special host and person. Sincerely Lisa

Michael, Jamison and team were amazing hosts! We stayed here for spring break with two little ones (8 and 4) and it was the perfect space! The bunk beds were perfect for them and the house was in a perfect location — walking distance to the beach and just a short drive to the fun! Will stay here again and again! Thanks again!

This pet-friendly home exceeded expectations with its spacious, clean, and timely setup. Its prime location offers effortless access to an array of exceptional restaurants and shops. The quiet and pleasant atmosphere made for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this home, which showed no signs of being pet-friendly, a true testament to its cleanliness.

Geno's places is the absolute best! Very conveniently located, always sparking clean, plus the best host around. Geno is very knowledgeable (and passionate) about everything Manteo and is always willing to give recommendations. We had such an amazing time and will definitely be back again!

We have stayed all over the outer banks from Duck to Ocracoke. If you are looking to relax while still being close to everything, wonderful spot. We loved the easy beach access. We like to cook and we're happy to find everything we needed to cook a nice meal. I will be checking to see if this place is available during my next OBX trip.

The place was clean and very modern. Easy to get in, short walk to beach and grocery store nearby. Had a great time and the weather was near perfect.

The best place to stay for my family and our dog! Easy check in, responded quick when needing assistance and the place felt clean and right at home! The house smelled so good, we had beach supplies to use and the beach was walking distance! We are already planning our next stay right here :)

We absolutely loved our stay at “family tides”. The townhouse was very clean and beautifully decorated. Nothing can beat the location of the home though. We have two toddlers and getting to the beach and the pool was extremely easy. It’s also either a short ride or 15ish minute walk to the town of duck where you are able to visit the boardwalk & places to eat or shop. The hosts were extremely nice people and very helpful when we needed recommendations for places to eat or visit. I would definitely recommend this place to others as we plan to visit here again in the future.

Jacqueline's house is wonderful. The space is as described (clean, bright, and beautiful), and the short walk through the dunes to the sound behind the property was stunning. The house also had a drip coffee maker which was a huge plus for us as many Airbnbs advertise a coffee maker but it's a Keurig. Jacqueline was also extremely responsive to my inquiries and questions throughout the trip, including when we lost internet during Helene. There wasn't much within walking distance as the house is nestled back in a lot of private land, but all that we wanted to do was a short drive away. I highly recommend staying here for a pleasant weekend in the Outer Banks.

Abby's place is great and perfect for our family! We really enjoyed our stay. The home is comfortable and clean. We LOVED the ocean views! The kitchen had everything we needed (bonus for actual nonstick pans!) and the garage was stocked with things we could use for the beach. Abby was responsive, friendly, and helpful with communication. Abby has recommendations for the area here in her guidebook and those were great! We especially loved Dune Street Grill, Ashley's Espresso Parlour, Trio, and Surfin' Spoon Frozen Yogurt! And we tried Pony and the Boat and I Got Your Crabs from her guidebook - two other great spots. We'd also recommend Barrier Island Bagel for breakfast and we thought the pizza at Southern Shores Pizza was yummy.

Caroline was an amazing host. She was quick to respond to any questions we had leading up to our stay as well as during. Beautiful home with an ocean view. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Which is something I did almost every morning to see the amazing sunrises. Close to some great restaurants. Barefoot Bernie's and Hurricane Moe's to name a few. Also close to the Sand Dunes which is a must stop on anyone's trip to watch the sunset. So many other things to do and see to list. My family and I had an amazing time and are already talking about coming back next year.

Shane and Heidi were great! Place was exactly as advertised, great location just a short walk from the beach. Extremely clean, it’s really got everything you need for a stay (even a custom binder filled with local hotspots and suggestions!). Would book with them again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Nicole and Jeff’s house. It was much bigger than we thought. The house was stocked with everything you need. The house is beautifully decorated and clean. The community was perfect for a family with young kids, especially the pool area. The beach was a little further than we expected, there was plenty of parking everyday, so it’s not really an issue. We were sad to leave!

We had a fantastic time! The house was spacious and clean and they even left a basket of snacks for us which was very kind and unexpected. We look forward to staying here again!
