Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

Osprey Cottage sits only 20 meters from the beach in the pretty coastal fishing village of Dunure, benefitting from: Lounge, kitchen, bathroom (no bath) & 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a king-size bed, bedroom 2 is upstairs, with a double bed and a en-suite shower room. The village of Kilchattan Bay is 15 minutes drive from the main town of Rothesay, a perfect Scottish Island rural getaway. This is a very quiet village which offers beautiful landscapes and scenery, alongside the abundance of wildlife and walks it has to offer. The village also has it's own small tearoom as you come in to the village and a bar/ restaurant 1/2 a mile away.
