I'm less than a one hour drive from Cork, Kilkenny, Dungarvan and Waterford and 40 minutes from Limerick so central. The beautiful Glen of Aherlow is nearby with great walks, cycle trails and horse riding. The Studio in the Sky

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Downhill from here lies Kilcash village, pub, church, more forestry and the ruins of an old castle

It is also an ideal base to return to after exploring all the sunny south east has to offer or just to relax and get away from it all.

The yurt has a wood stove, tea/coffee, toaster, microwave, bbq, fridge, stereo, books, games and dvd player. Continental b'fast for 2 is included in price. Two normal bikes are available for use.
