Filleadh na Fainleog is situated on the edge of the Burren just a 5 mins drive from the market town of Ennistymon and 8 mins from the seaside resort of Lahinch on the Wild Atlantic Way. The majestic Cliffs of Moher is 20 mins drive.

Detached, modern studio outhouse

This little wooden house in the middle of the Clare Mountains is the perfect getaway for one or two nature loving people. You are surrounded by peace and tranquillity, beautiful hiking routes and the beautiful medieval town of Killaloe on the shores of the Shannon and Lough is nearby. Inside this private hideout there is one bedroom and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a kettle, a mini fridge, a microwave and plates, cups and cutlery for preparing easy and basic meals.

We are located in a peaceful rural countryside setting 3 mins (by car) from Newport town, 12 mins from University of Limerick/Castletroy, 15 mins from Limerick City centre and 40 mins from Shannon Airport. Situated in a scenic East Clare countryside 10 min drive from the nearest town of Killaloe, lots of walking/hiking trails.

Marina View is a beautiful oasis located on the Shannon in the vibrant village of Killaloe/Ballina. You can relax and read, watch a film, prepare meals, or just enjoy a glass of wine on the balcony. The village is a leisurely ten-minute walk away. There are many cafes, a French patisserie, numerous pubs with trad music and several restaurants along with two hotels. Killaloe also serves as a base for exploring Nenagh, Limerick and Galway.
