Kate’s place was amazing! Such a great little spot right on the edge of the Cotswolds in the lovely town of Carterton. Perfect if you’ve got a dog - the ground floor studio has its own private garden which was super handy. The place was spotless and really cozy. We had an awesome stay and will definitely be coming back!

Liz was very friendly & helpful when we inquired about places to eat, the property was very nice it had everything we needed for a couple of nights stay the milk & chocolate biscuits were a nice touch & the dog was lovely .🐶

Perfect spot for attending an event at Oxford Brookes university. Very well equipped flat, with everything you could possibly need. We were very surprised to arrive to croissants and Prosecco. Angela was flexible with check in timing and was always quick to respond.

Beautiful, private perfect space for one or a couple with everything I needed. Beautiful countryside location but near enough to Oxford for me. Victoria and Darren were excellent hosts. The local shop is lovely for coffee and cake though don't rely on it for basics.

This apartment is in an excellent location in Oxford. Everything can be reached on foot. We were there for the May Morning celebrations and could access everything easily. The flat is well equipped despite being small. There was quite a lot of noise from traffic at night. We enjoyed our stay. Oxford in May sunshine is hard to beat!

We had a wonderful stay at Louisa’s place this weekend. The place was spotless, comfortable, and peacefully quiet—we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Louisa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even easier. The only minor point to mention is that the heating was capped at 22°C, which could be a bit limiting for those who prefer it warmer. That said, everything else was absolutely perfect. Lovely 2 bed house, with useful conservatory and small enclosed garden. Comfortable for 4 adults and dog Very well equipped with all appliances in excellent condition, large fridge freezer, oven, hob and microwave.And washing machine in kitchen. Wash up liquid, dishcloth, sponge and tea towels. Tea coffee sugar foil cling film and even fresh milk waiting for us. Very fresh bed linen, towels on each bed. A thoroughly comfortable home from home stay, we had hot weather and enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening using the garden furniture and sun umbrella. Thank you😁

We booked this bungalow as we were attending a wedding so decided to make the most of the bank holiday weekend. We were over the moon with the bungalow. It is absolutely beautiful. John was a fantastic host, he was friendly and even dropped us to collect our car. Thank you John.

Had a great stay over night at Reginas place. I was greeted on arrival very warmly and led to the Bungalow. Inside was warm and comfy with all the amenities youd need for a stay and a very generous welcome hamper. Definitely worth a stay if in the local area.

We had a wonderful Easter break staying at this lovely home with our family (4 adults and 2 kids). The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The backyard was a real bonus—perfect for the kids to play and for us to relax. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The location was ideal for exploring Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. We’d definitely recommend this place to other families!

From booking to departure and everything in between, Vered and Paul were incredibly helpful and responsive. The house is amazing and superbly located near the Jericho high street and the canal (which is perfect for dog walks). The house is in a quiet, family oriented neighbourhood is is easily accessible. We couldn’t have been happier during our two week stay. Thanks so much Vered and Paul!

High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

This was a great apartment and location. The apartment was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers and the location was fantastic.

We had a lovely time in Little Oaks. My son explored the grounds and discovered a hammock amidst bluebells❤️ Playing/ running away from the sprinklers. This was a beautiful stay. There were no clutter, felt clean, with beautiful and simply decorated rooms. Really appreciate the white towels, clean linens and the peaceful surroundings.
