Bryan’s Air BnB in Princeville is splendid! We feel in love with the place as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is spacious, and very well stocked and equipped. The decor and furniture is set up in such a way that makes one feel instantly at home. The bedrooms have air conditioners and comfy beds as well as separate washrooms. Having a washer and dryer as well as access to lawn chairs, coolers, beach blankets and more was definitely a bonus! The condo is located in a quiet and secure gated community that is close to shopping and restaurants. Bryan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He also provided us with information about places to visit and activities to partake in. I would highly recommend Bryan’s Air BnB.

Beautiful space and large enough for a family of ten to feel more than comfortable. Great location- very close to Poipu Beach (5 min drive/15-20 min walk), shopping and restaurants. The pool was also fantastic! I also appreciated how communicative the property manager was throughout our stay.

This house and community were great for our family. Clean, beautiful pool, tons of toys and chairs for the beach, and just a short drive to Hanalei. Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay in Princeville! Great amenities in the Airbnb to make living there easier. The condo does stay comfortable and cool through breezes and fans. Note that a rental agreement and your personal e-mail address are required for rental. Nothing significant is in the agreement but it is not noted in the listing.

This was our second stay and the condo did not disappoint! We love the location near the beach and pool, and felt very comfortable in the unit. It is comfortably lived in and there is some wear and tear on finishes, but nothing that detracted from our stay. We hope to return again soon.

The property is fantastic. It is a quiet neighborhood of houses and condos super close to Poipu beach. There was plenty of nearby parking. A/C blows cold when we needed a break from the sun and heat. Amenities as described. The photos were accurate. The balcony is a pleasant place to have morning coffee and listen to the local birds.. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the property for my wife and I, and our three teenagers. Nathan was great as our host. We had a small issue getting the TV to work and Nathan was quick to respond and direct us how to use the cable tv app. (User error on our part). Nathan provided some good local recommendations. We had a great time! Thank you!!

Price was higher than we've usually paid for Princeville condos but complete agreement from all members in our party that the place was by the far the best we've stayed at. Very spacious and comfortable, fantastic kitchen for cooking, and really appreciated the nice touches such as quality beach gear, snorkels, etc. And even had lots of spices despite guidebook saying there wouldn't be any. Super responsive and friendly hosts. Loved our stay.

Suite Paradise were the most accommodating and caring hosts we have had thus far! Lindsey was super responsive and so nice! We happened to come during a very hot week and the bedrooms were too hot for our toddlers. Suite Paradise were super understanding and were able to move us to another location with AC in the bedrooms. The locations of both properties were great! They provided high chairs, plenty of towels, all necessary kitchen items. We had a great vacation! :)

We were very happy to hear we could check in earlier as we requested since we were already staying in the island at a different home. The place was better than the pictures described. It is an end unit so you get extra lighting and more privacy. Truly felt like home. Parking is right outside your door. If you have kids that is very convenient. Inside every room was spacious and bright. We enjoyed watching the birds and roosters (chickens) from the balcony. The kitchen also had a great bay window if that inspires you to cook a little. Would definitely stay here again! The host also provided sand toys and towels. Even boogie board and bikes! All you need. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This Airbnb is perfectly located between Koloa and Poipu, making it easy to explore the island. Waimea Canyon, Lihue, Kapaa, and several beautiful beaches and great restaurants are all within reach. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. The patio overlooks a gorgeous garden, and the Putt-Putt feature adds a fun touch! Inside, the kitchen is well-stocked, including a great coffee setup with a grinder—perfect for fresh local beans (they provide these too). The cross breeze and fans create a relaxing island feel, but there’s also AC if needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable with super soft sheets, and the bathroom had extra essentials plus a jetted tub. Helpful notes and a guidebook made exploring easy. Best of all, the hosts were so kind and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

We had a wonderful stay here! This place is beautiful, the beds were comfortable, it’s so close to lots of amazing things to do, and the host was responsive as needed.

Ryan was a great host. We loved the rainbow shack! It was a spacious and beautifully decorated home. Everything was extremely clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. We also utilized the office/work area. Our two boys were at the pool everyday. Location is convenient and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!

We LOVED this place. The views were amazing, the interior was so well decorated and spotless. We were so grateful for the beach amenities provided (chairs, umbrella, cooler backpack). The availability of AC was important to us while booking but in the five days we stayed, we never turned it on because the ocean breeze and fans were so perfect. We truly felt at home.

As always ours was a wonderful time. This is our family home away from home. Ena's improvements have made it even better. Beach and pool offer all we need. Farmers Market and great restaurants all walking distance and , of course, the best bakery on the island, Passion Bakery just down the street doesn't hurt. It is modest compared to the big condos but the beach is at your toes. The kitchen has everything you need, lovely beds, outdoor table for dining and lots of water toys. We love it!

We loved Jamie’s home! It was in the perfect location in Princeville. The home had great energy and she is SO kind. We loved the north shore, the area of her home, being close to restaurants, views, beaches, etc. We had no problem walking through her kitchen to the separate apartment area. It’s very private and the beds are extremely comfortable. We can’t wait to come back! Mahalo 🤙🏽

Nice place with everything you need, including beach stuff. Roomy and clean, the kitchen has everything you need and far more than just the basics. Walking distance to a few beaches and a restaurant. Avoid the Hotel places nearby though. You need a car to go to the grocery store or if you want to explore the island. For the beach, I suggest to just walk. The lanai is almost always in the shade, so if you need a day away from the sun, the two loungers are very comfortable. Or just sit outside and have a beer. A pool is close by and I have never seen it busy, so if you want to just take a short dip in the evening, it is worth a visit.

Fell in love with the first photo view with this townhouse. Same as description. The view is beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Maylene is a nice and responsible hostess. She is easy to communicate and always responded. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful, spacious place. Everything was perfect. We all loved it! And it is in the best location on the island, perfectly situated to explore the spectacular north of Kauai.

The bed was ridiculously comfortable. Best pillows, too. I loved the smart TV downstairs in the living room—Hula, Netflix, Max and more (have to have your own subscription). It was peaceful and the location was excellent. 8 min drive to all the restaurants in Hanalei. Other guests left things like sunscreen, cleanser and shaving cream, which I appreciated. Lisa provides laundry detergent, coolers and towels for beach days, comfortable blankets for sleeping and or watching TV, and filtered water. I’m selective when booking Airbnbs and this one did not disappoint. Highly recommended
