My stay at this property has been exceptionally pleasant, with all essential amenities thoughtfully provided. The house is a gem—remarkably clean and serene—ideally located near excellent restaurants, beautiful beaches, and renowned temples. If you are someone who loves to be in nature this place is for you. The house is surrounded by trees, touched by river & its blissful sound all day long. The hosts are amazing. They sent someone to pick us up, so finding property was super easy. As soon as we reached Mr. Rajput welcomed us with a big smile & roses. He briefed us about the property. Sitting by the river was the most blissful part of our stay. Rooms are clean & have everything you need during the stay. Rooms have view of the river. The food was homemade, Organic & Delicious. Hosts made us feel at home. I recommend booking this stay, 100% you wont regret :)

Great place to stay with the family. The view is beautiful and exactly as the photos. The architecture is amazing. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked pretty. We will definitely like to stay here again and recommend others to try. Feedback to the owners - an easier way to contact the caretakers like intercom would have been more convenient. Also written instructions to operate the AC, Ceiling fan etc. would be helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this place! Prajwal was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout my entire stay. The property was as specific as mentioned like cleanliness, comfort. Prajwal ensured my comfort and make my trip enjoyable. I would highly recommend their place to anyone and would gladly stay there again.

We had a great stay -the apartment was very comfortable, spacious and with an amazing view from the balcony. Advait as a host was very responsive and friendly, giving us great tips on what to do and good places to eat. His father kindly lent us some birding books - we were able to do birdwatching from the balcony and even saw an Asian Paradise Flycatcher early in the morning. We would definitely recommend this place, thank you Advait!

I had a really amazing time in Malvan, the stay was also squeaky clean, with a bountiful trees and friendly host. The home food was also very nice. The stay was superb and I highly recommend anyone who wants to visit Konkan to book this without a second thought. Lovely host and sweet people , everyone was very helpful. Very peaceful & fantastic trip! 💯💯

I had an incredible stay at Shekhar Villa. This peaceful beautiful property is a step away from a clean tranquil beach. We enjoyed a walk by the ocean, met friendly local fishermen, and watched the sunset from the Gajabadevi temple. We thoroughly enjoyed authentic fish thali and Malvani veg thali prepared by Ms Deepali. The host Ms Vanita Ma'am was in constant touch ensuring everything was perfect. Just make sure to carry some snacks with you since there are no eateries close by. However, The house was maintained properly including clean bathrooms. Thought it was a spontaneous trip turned into a memorable experience :)

We had a peaceful stay at this beautiful residence. The place is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Basic kitchen utilities are provided. The sights of Panhala fort are very accessible even by foot (a 3-4 hour walking tour covers most attractions). As the residence area is forested and away from main roads, it is not recommended to walk around after dark. The host and caretaker were responsive and helpful. Good place for a relaxing break away from city life!
