Enjoyed the great room location with cold a/c, quiet atmosphere, perfect saltwater pool, and beautiful views. We got to enjoy seeing manatees, dolphins, and iguanas from the property. There are quite a few great places right near for a quick good sandwich or bait for fishing. Will definitely be back!

This was a beautiful place to stay that was off the busy road and afforded less traffic and noise. It was still very convenient to all restaurants and activities in Marathon. The condo was very clean, beds comfortable, updated kitchen, and just great overall. There is a pool available and you are just a few steps from the beach. We would definitely recommend it to others, and stay here again.

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

Hello. We Booked this place so I could be in the sun on a lounge chair and husband could fish. It was exactly what we wanted. We were able to hang out together and both get what we wanted. He caught fish like crazy! Place is beautiful and exactly how described. Getting an Uber/lyft was easy. Sombrero Beach was beautiful. Ana was excellent to communicate with. Condo bed was very comfy and the bedroom dark. The use of a cooler and beach chairs was appreciated. Would not hesitate to book again.

Saw some reviews on TripAdvisor about the marina staff being rude. They were a little curt at first but became pleasant after we were polite and patient with them. The condo is about 20ft from where they park the boat for you and we were allowed to stay out past closing since we were staying with them. If you’re wondering how the fishing is in the Gulf, we are very inexperienced fishermen and still caught all sorts of exotic fish and small sharks from the boat and the nearby bridges, hundreds each day on the boat including the several mackerel and snapper we had for dinners. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, a giant grouper, and 8ft sharks. The beds weren’t great (2 crappy twins and a queen, rest of us slept on couches), the hot water was barely warm, and the TV was probably 15yrs old, but we were there for the fishing anyways. Not a fancy resort experience for sure, but worth it if you just need a base of operations in the Keys.

First time in the Florida Keys, great spacious and comfortable condo for a family of four. Well stocked updated kitchen for making meals at home. Great porch with an amazing view the Atlantic. Quiet location and close to all amenities. Really enjoyed the beach right out the door! Thank you for providing such a comfortable space for our family vacation.

Great overall experience. Very nice condo steps from the water. Host is super responsive and did her part to make our stay portion of the vacation great. Will stay here again if we decide to come back to the Keys.

We had the most wonderful stay in key colony. The apartment is just immaculate and so perfectly located next to a wonderful beach and amazing location. All within reaching distance of everywhere in the keys. The apartment was home from home for us with every amenity you would ever need. Access to the apartment and communication with Yuni was simple and easy and she was always attentive to our needs. In short if you’re looking for a stay in the keys then look no further. If we come to the keys again we will certainly be back if only for the view every morning having breakfast !!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was exceptionally clean. Coming into a clean unit sets the tone for the stay. The furnishings inside and out were very nice The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, which we did. We didn’t have a lot of luck with our restaurant choices throughout the Keys. However, we did follow Rich’s lead and had a good experience at the Square Grouper in Islamorada. Rich was super helpful and communicated throughout the process.
