The beach themed guest house is on our property and has all the comforts of home. Spacious, air conditioned, with kitchen, bbq, and pool side furniture. Free wifi + Netflix. Kuranda, home to the Indigenous Djabugay people is tucked away within an ancient Rainforest. Jum Rum Place is located only 1.6km from the Kuranda village, North Queensland backing onto Jum Rum Creek Conservation Park where there are numerous species of birds, Striped possums, Suger Gliders, Pademelons with abundance of butterflies including the Ulysses and Cairns Bird Wing. The beautiful Jum Rum Creek Walking Track is close by which takes you into the Kuranda Village, only a 15 minute walk.

Walking distance to local shops and beach, moments away from popular tourist areas in Cairns and a short drive to the beautiful Port Douglas.
