Two lrg bdrms (w/small child-sized sofa bed) offer plenty of room for a quick weekend, or a longer get-away! NF land is ~1/4 mi away; elk and deer are often seen nearby. 3 hot tubs, 3 pools, 2 saunas, golf, and 19 tennis courts are nearby.

Newly built in 2022, it has a 2-car garage, baby gates, a Pack N Play with mattress, toddler table, high chair, and three large baby mats styled as rugs. Enjoy the pool, splash pad, hot tub, large grassy area, 2 bicycles and a 2-child bike trailer. Very close to the 20+ mile Wood River Trail bike path. Near the airport and construction, so there is some noise during the day, but kids' rooms are more quiet.

Junior Bedroom has a full size bed with a bathroom adjacent to it. Loft has 2 single beds.

Short walking distance to River Run base lodge and ski lifts, and 2 minute walk to town. On free bus route. Note: I am in and out of the mountains all Summer and may not be able to reply within AirBnB's 24 hour required response time but I still want to host you.
