We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home away from home, in a central but quiet location. Exactly as described. The house was lovely, with a private enclosed garden. My son and our pet dog had a great time! There was parking on the street right outside the property and also a drive way. Board games to play, and we really appreciated the tea or coffee on arrival with fresh milk too. Mark was a perfect host, and really saved the day for us and was on hand immediately if we needed assistance. We have family that live nearby, so would love to come back again in the future. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

Fantastic little place with a great social living/dining space. Location was spot on and check in was a breeze! Kathy was super kind and welcoming making check in and out a breeze!! If we’re back in Woodbridge we’ll definitely stay here. Oh and mega comfy beds

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

Had a lovely time. Easy to get in and we all slept well the beds were very comfortable. The extras that were there eg milk biscuits, were a really nice touch. We thought the bathroom off the bedroom would be inconvenient but with a wc downstairs it was ok. Everything was really cosy and very welcoming.

I chose the house for practical reasons as I needed be near to an elderly parent over Christmas. It was actually bigger than I expected and it was lovely to find a house so clean and tidy; and thoughtfully organised, ordered and equipped. Trevor's responses and suggestions were excellent – and the fact he'd got milk in was a godsend as my father found he'd run out after the shop closed. Altogether, it was like a real home from home. The house is an easy walk from the main centre of Orford and although as a city-dweller, I found the lack of street-lighting disconcerting when walking back at night, the traffic was light and never fast. The children's festive service in St Bartholomew's on Dec 25th was beyond delightful, and there was a warm welcome (and free drinks!) in the pub next door to the churchyard afterwards. I already know the village and enjoyed rediscovering some excellent walks and spending time looking at the boats on the quay. Altogether a relaxing, stress-free experience.

We visited on Easter Sunday for a nights getaway and we had the best time. It has everything you need here and the lazy spa was great, easy to use and stayed hot. Gary even left us treats and drink which was a really lovely extra touch. It is dog friendly also and my cocker spaniel felt right at home here. I could not fault this place and I would definitely return here again!

We had a great time in Nicola's lovely home. Seagull's Rest is a hidden gem in beautiful Oulton Broads/Lowestoft where you will find everything you need to have a great stay. The nearby Nicholas Everitt Park has everything you need to keep kids and adults busy and happy for hours. And the pool on the premises is clean and well kept. Recommended.

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay at California Sands this April. From the moment the chalet was booked to handing back the key, communication from the hosts was fantastic, very quick, friendly and helpful responses in a matter of minutes. Instructions on how to find the chalet & to the keysafe were clear. On arrival, we found the chalet to be clean, extremely well equipped and a perfect home from home. A fabulous guest handbook in the chalet provided lots of detail about the chalet, the holiday park and the local area, a really helpful & thoughtful addition. The site itself had lots to do, offered various places to eat & the staff were all very friendly. We have told everyone about our wonderful experience and hope to revisit in the not too distant future.

Alan and Sue were perfect hosts. Place was easy to find, has everything you could possibly need and in a beautiful park.

We stayed here with our 2 children and our dogs . It was absolutely perfect . We had a wedding just a 4 minute walk from the caravan . We had come down from North Yorkshire and after a long drive it was lovely to come to such a clean , tidy along with everything you possibly needed. Just to say that Helen was a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommend to anyone . Thankyou so much . We really enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place !

Enjoyable few days. Spotlessly clean, stylish & spacious house. We appreciated the games available and enjoyed a 3 day Monopoly game.

We spend two days at Linda's and Martin's place. it was perfect location for us, just 5min walk from beautiful beach. nice bakery and cafe around. The home was perfect for our short stay and there was plenty of information on what to do in the area. Kitchen had everything needed, perfect to be self sufficient. Linda and Martin were super helpful, giving clear instructions, open for questions and very responsive. thank you both for a nice stay!

Such a Great Family Stay! Had a wonderful time staying here for our family break. The house was super clean, spacious, and had the majority of what we needed to feel right at home - only thing missing was some actual glass drinking glasses, which, if we would have known, would have bought our own. The swim spa was a real hit with the kids (and adults) —perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring, in the bubbles surrounded by the great British countryside. The location was perfect too—nice and peaceful, but still close to the beach and some lovely spots to visit nearby. Both pubs in the village were very accommodating and friendly. The host was really helpful and made everything easy from the moment we booked. We bumped into the host when we left and was telling that the house used to be the local Police House which was interesting - nice guy. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to return one day !

This was our second time staying at Corin’s cottage and it won’t be our last! It’s such a lovely well equipped property and the location is perfect for visiting Southwold.

The property was excellent. We were only there for one night. The only issue was the driving instructions are based upon approaching the property from Lowestoft. If approachiong from the South and if using Google maps you end up just down the road from the property. Jessica guided us in so all good.

The cottage was thoughtfully put together with everything we could have needed. It was clean with an attention to detail. A very comfortable bed & sofa. It was really quiet & just what was needed to switch off and relax. Not far from happisburgh beach eccles etc. Convenient public footpath on the opposite side of the road. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend.

We loved our stay! Winterton is a gorgeous little town, and the chalet exceeded our expectations - super clean, within a peaceful estate, cozy and with necessary amenities (including tea, orange juice and milk). It was a very dog friendly holiday overall - 5 minutes away from a training ground and 10 minutes from the town’s cafes and beaches.

cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

Ideal place to stay to sightsee around the local towns, walks on the many beaches that are within easy driving distance, walks in the country and lovely pubs to have a rest at. Liz was very welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very knowledgeable about the local area and places to go. The little garden was a great place to sit and relax after a day out. It was a perfect stay for myself and my dog and would highly recommend it.

The holiday home "Poets Corner" is perfect for a stay in the region. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is cozy, very clean and equipped with many loving details. Kenninghall is a charming place. Everything you need is there, a grocery store, a pub and a cafe. You can also go for a walk, for example to the zoo in Banham. The neighbors are very friendly. Many thanks to Marie for this lovely stay and the friendly conversation. We are now back home in Germany and will remember the beautiful Easter holiday.
