We Loved It!!! Ready to go back…soon!!!

We wanted to provide our kids with a quintessential Hill Country experience for Spring Break and Falling Rock delivered! The house was perfect for our family of 5 (kids ranging in age from 4-9) and the dog; it was very spacious, and we loved that the master wing was on the opposite side from the kids bedrooms. The property was amazing - plenty of space for the kids to run around, the creek was crystal clear and the perfect depth (only up to chest level for adults), and the two entry areas were perfect to setup the fishing gear that we purchased at the Hunt store and wait for the perch to bite. Having a golf cart to transport everyone and everything up & down the hill from the house was a lifesaver. The kitchen was wonderful - it had everything we needed to feel right at home and the office in the master wing allowed me to stay current at work. Jake & his family were very welcoming and responsive to any questions. No one wanted to leave & we will 100% be booking this again!

Kristen was a wonderful host! This is a wonderful quiet getaway, and the hot tub under the stars was perfect! Large king bed and pullout sleeper in the same bedroom are perfect for either a couple's getaway or a group of friends or siblings fine being cozy :) Would I stay again? Absolutely!!

We enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of hiccups but these were resolved quickly. The area was beautiful and the house very comfortable. Easy to travel into town and shop.

We have stayed at many rentals and honestly this one was one of the best. The house was clean, spacious for all of us and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and open to the living room. The beds were perfect for us and felt good after a long day! The private back yard was nice for the two little ones to roam around in while we grandparents and parents sat and enjoyed a glass of wine. All in all, we had a relaxing time visiting our family and enjoying Kerrville. (A cute spot for gelato and treats is POOKIES which is downtown.)

Joe and his wife were the definition of southern hospitality. Very respectful and helpful always answered the phone when I texted or called and was sure to ask if there was anything we needed help with. Loved our stay beautiful home.

Mrs. Betty’s place was very peaceful and had beautiful surroundings. Her home is very cozy and welcoming . This is an older home so if you are looking for a newer built home this isn’t the place for you but the flowing water right off your backyard will be 100% worth the stay . Very private away from busy city life . Mrs Betty is on property but doesn’t come to our side unless YOU need her which she was very helpful and informative when we asked her questions on canoes that she provides . My family loved staying here and will be returning!

The resort is beautiful! Spectacular views, peaceful and lots to do in the area. The apartment was very clean, and resort staff very responsive and helpful.
