Cottage set up for 2 people but can accommodate 4 (or 2 individuals) using the pull out sofa in the living area and using the bathroom through the bedroom. Please tell us if sofa bed is required. Separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, coffee maker, airfryer, Wifi, TV. Set up for guests to experience the best of the Bay of Islands. Continental breakfast ingredients are available for guests' preparation.

Annandale Beach is a 1 minute easy walk to the beach. The home and large deck have expansive views of the Bay of Islands . You will love lazing about on the large deck, gazing out at the incredible view.
