Our stay in Covington was great with our family. Our kids enjoyed the hottub, ping pong table, views, movies, rooms, etc. A wonderful place outside Cincinnati. Nick was a great communicator as well. We will be back

Had a great time- worked well for our group, including 7 kids. Plenty of space to hang out/eat and cook in the kitchen, kids loved playing games in the basement. They had everything we needed stocked (towels, linens, kitchen supplies etc.). House was very clean! Would definitely stay again.

As a family of 11, finding a place to stay can be difficult. We were happy to find a place that could accommodate our large family! Our children enjoyed the hot tub outside and games in the basement. I was delighted to find a crockpot to cook one of our meals in while we were visiting the Ark (I had forgotten to bring one)! The beds were comfortable. We are glad we found this house and will recommend it to our friends! Thank you!

Booked this place for my sweetheart's birthday weekend. It caught our interest because it had a hot tub, but when we arrived we both realized the place had a certain charm. It reminded both of us of the family homes we used to visit, like grandparents or relatives. It felt like a home away from home. I've had previous stays where nightfall would make a place feel unfamiliar and foreign, but I felt completely at peace here. We had a heavy storm hit us, so our enjoyment with the hot tub was brief, but Joshua was prompt in communicating with us any time we had questions. He also included a complementary gift for her birthday that we both appreciated. We both agree that we would love to come back here one day and maybe even bring the kids with us next time. Wonderful experience all around!

This home was beautiful! More that I expected and hoped for. 8 full bedrooms, 7 of which had a a full private bathroom. We had so much space to gather and still had our privacy. There was seating enough for mealtimes and games times. With 16 people in one house, that was such a a blessing. I highly recommend this property, it's well worth it!

Lisa was very friendly when we happened to see her in the driveway. The space was perfect eclectic, cozy decor very private and quiet in a residential neighborhood. Bathroom was very clean and looked to be recently remodeled. With a pool right outside the sliding door it would be a perfect place for a summer stay! Everything was great for our stay and unbelievably reasonable, Thanks so much Lisa!!

Quiet location; walkable to a sweet park just a few blocks away. Nice overlook view of Cincinnati from the park. Bloc Coffee a fantastic neighborhood coffee, breakfast / lunch spot. Very cozy.

I would highly recommend this location. SUPER great house. we felt like we were home as soon as we walked in the door. Will was a super host, quick to respond and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Definitely would book again.

Daisy was so amazing during my time that I stayed here. She was really responsive with all of my questions and concerns.

The house was beautifully decorated, hands down the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. Host goes above and beyond to provide the most enjoyable stay possible. The drinks and snacks provided were fantastic addition. 10/10 will stay again! Thank you Kelly!

House was great, the fenced-in yard was awesome for the kiddos! The single bathroom was tough but manageable for eight people. The neighbor and their dogs were friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had what we needed.

Julie and Coleys cottage was adorable! They thought of everything to make you feel at home and make your stay comfortable! Everything was very clean. We loved the surprise Prosecco on our arrival and the stereo with all of our favorite vinyls to play. And the location - we walked everywhere! Our short time there was wonderful and we hated to leave! Thank you for a lovely experience!

I wish I could give them a higher rating than a five. Ben and Heather are the most wonderful host. I really appreciate their kindness and how quickly they responded to my questions. Homemade cookies was waiting for us when we arrived. The home was bright, clean and spacious. We felt right at home. This weekend was a girls trip and we had the best time. The hot tub under the stars was perfect. I would love to come back and visit the area again in. Ben and Heather you are the best and my friends and I appreciate you both so very much.

We had a great stay! Very walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean and well organized. It was larger than I expected from the pictures. Loved the original details that they preserved! Beds were comfortable and the place was well stocked. Thank you!

The home is isolated and quiet. There is a very low light pollution factor, so the stars are amazing. Just as we happened to be looking up we were able to follow the space station as it traversed the night sky. The noises are country noises that I grew to love as a kid. Zero traffic sounds. The place is solid, comfortable and quiet. The amenities are perfect if you are looking to for a place to think and enjoy peace. Jennifer was very helpful even before we arrived. She has a pet friendly place - we have 2 very old gentleman-dogs; one blind, the other deaf. She found us an experienced dog sitter who sat with them the whole time we were at the Ark Encounter (5-6 hours) and we came home to find them both asleep. That's the highest marks those 2 can give a sitter - if they are both comfortable enough to nap. Highly Recommend Pastoral View and Jennifer.

Houston was very friendly. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Very peaceful neighborhood. Only 40 minutes from the Ark Encounter and 25 minutes from the Creation Museum. We felt like it was close to restaurants and stores but far enough away to not be in the city. Very happy with our stay. A couple of things could have used a little more cleaning but all in all a great place. I have stayed in multiple Airbnb’s and would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved the stay! The home had a charming, historic feel— truly my idea of a dream home! It was well-kept and clean. It also was in the PERFECT location. Whether we needed to go somewhere in Covington, Newport, or Cincinnati, the drive was always around 10 minutes. As for hosting, Reed is incredibly proactive in their instructions and was helpful! Already can’t wait to come back!
