We had the most relaxing stay at Julie's place with our two pups. Everything was clean and cozy, it had everything we need, was within driving distance to the things we wanted to do, and easy walking distance to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We loved the back yard being fenced in for the dogs to run around in. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space and making us and our pups feel most welcome by your hospitality. We look forward to returning.

Vinay’s Airbnb was cozy, clean, and perfect for our stay. He was incredibly accommodating, especially for a late arrival and during a major snowstorm—walkways were shoveled and salted, which made everything so much easier when we arrived. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water and new toothbrush kits, which were a lifesaver when my son left his toothbrush at a hotel in another state. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

For us to say that Kelly was an amazing AirBNB host and her home is even better than the photos show would be an understatement! This lady exemplifies honesty and kindness and left no details to her home rental to chance right down to the complimentary toothpaste and soaps and the binoculars to use while visiting. She was so considerate that there was a welcome basket on the dining table with little toys for our dogs and sunscreen and bug spray for our family. The house has everything to make you feel like you're home away from home and the views from the front and back are as good as you'll find anywhere in DE. Truly worth the price of admission type of place to get your relax on just a few steps from Slaughter Beach and 25 minutes to the hustle and party life of Rohobeth Beach. Thank You Kelly

Absolutely loved our stay !! The view was beautiful and so relaxing !! The home was perfect and simply stunning inside and out. We truly enjoyed every part of our trip from walking the beach to watching the birds…. Sunrise was magical !! The host was responsive and easy to work with… looking forward to booking again ! 😎

The place was as described and served our purposes. We very much enjoyed our stay and the host was really quick to respond to any questions we had. I was so happy to be able to bring our dog and have an easily accessible yard to take her out and spigot to clean her with after the beach. Having to bring all of our own linens, beach chairs, toiletries etc was a little tough for just the weekend. It felt the price of the stay was a bit high given that our stay was after labor day, on the bay, and required us to bring so many things. That may just be what the pricing is in the area, this was our first time staying, so I don't have a great frame of reference. Overall a very nice experience.

This is our second time staying at Kristy's place. Just like last time, it was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable! Every time I've communicated with Kristy she's been quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect spot for a large group! There is plenty of room inside and out, with beds for everyone. It was also great to have multiple rooms with TVs so people could relax, and ample parking space. A great find and great host!

This was an amazing find! We booked a last minute weekend getaway and couldn’t be happier that this is where we decided to go. The tiny home was so well thought out that we didn’t feel like it was tiny at all. The bath house was beautifully kept and always clean. We really enjoyed our time outdoors by the hot tub and gazebo. Both hosts were friendly and kind. They offered us suggestions in what to do and where to eat. Overall, we had a relaxing weekend which was exactly what we needed! Hope to be back!

Our group has a wonderful time at Pratt Farm Lodge. The Barndo was very spacious and perfect for our group to cook big meals while our kids ran around. It has everything we could have needed and made our trip very enjoyable. Ford was a great host who was very responsive and checked in with us throughout our stay.

Patrick and Angel's place was a great winter escape for our group of six people and our dog. They have every detail covered, and were very easy to communicate with. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Awesome place close to where I work will stay again

This is a perfect place to stay if your kids have an event at the DE Sports/Turf Center. It is super close, can hold 2 families perfectly! There are restaurants close by and the host was so accommodating! The place is exactly as she describes it. It has everything you need to enjoy your time away from home!
