The house is only two blocks from the BART station, which is only 6 minutes away from UC Berkeley campus and half an hour from San Francisco. There’s also grocery stores, restaurants, coffee very close by in El Cerrito Plaza. This is a newly built, attached one bedroom in-law unit with private entrance in the quiet backyard. It offers absolutely privacy and is very bright, cozy, spacious. Shared laundry with us in the garage. Free Parking in the driveway. Safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Kick back and relax in this calm, plant-filled Arts and Crafts bungalow built in 1912. It's a classic red corner house with a remodeled kitchen and a newly landscaped backyard. Located in the Westbrea/Gilman district - walking distance to Solano, Whole Foods, many restaurants and boutiques and less than a mile from BART. La Casita

La Casita is situated in our back yard. It is on the 1st level of 4 (4th at street), so be prepared to use stairs. Although once arrived it is very peaceful and quiet. Downtown Berkeley is ~10-15 minute drive. El Cerrito Plaza Bart Station is a 6 minute drive. Solano Avenue (shops and restaurants) is a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk). Farmers Market every Sunday (10-2) is a 7 minute walk. We look forward to having you stay at our property and happy to answer any questions you may have.

This luxurious suite with kitchenette features a beautiful view towards the Bay and Golden Gate Bridges, designed especially for a romantic getaway or anyone needing a relaxing space.
