Nestled on 16.7 acres of Alaskan land with access to a private lake. The perfect place to relax after a long day of adventure. (Property is shared with a main house, another cabin, and yurt) but there is plenty of space for privacy. Please please be certain of your booking dates. Close to both Kenai and Soldotna this cozy one bedroom 500 sq ft cottage is located less than a 1/2 mile from the Kenai River. Unwind from a long day fishing or hiking on the deck, grill on the bbq, or hang by the fire pit. House has a washer/dryer, chest freezer, fish cleaning area and a covered deck for outside dining and gear storage. We welcome you to our Alaskan home and will provide you with a clean comfortable space to enjoy all your outdoor adventures on the Kenai Peninsula !

Cabin is small, cozy and clean. Full bed and single downstairs. Ladder loft has space for 2. Pets ok with extra fee. No bathroom in cabin,a mermaid outhouse nearby and a summer outdoor hotwater shower and coldwater sink. Shared firepit. Wood is available,water nearby on property. Must register pets as they require an additional cleaning fee. 1 or 2 pets kept on leash and never left unattended. Please pick up after. TY Close to Kenai River, mtns and coast. Very relaxed and casual here!

Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

The cross-country skiing in town is excellent in season.
