This year round heated cabin (no water in cabin) has use of a separate building called Basecamp which has 7 bathrooms, free laundry facilities, a double kitchen, fireplace, seating. Our new property consists of 12 One Room Cabins, 4 two bedroom cabins, Basecamp and an on-site Property Manager.

The Brown Bear House, LLC

Experience Alaska lodging in a spacious family setting. This log building was once a family owned gun shop and museum. The massive logs which were harvested locally on the Kenai Peninsula are the central focal point of the structure. Though this building was originally constructed in 1989 for use as a gun shop and museum, it was newly renovated in 2022 to its current use as an airbnb guest home.

Golddust Acres

This home is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood, five minutes south of Soldotna. It's 70 miles to Homer and an hour and a half to Seward. It's close to the Kenai and Kasilof rivers. There's plenty of parking for a boat, snowmobile or trailer. There's moose and caribou in the area and the back yard has many varieties of birds. There are beautiful gardens front and back and lawns.
