One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

This cozy and convenient house is a perfect home base to tour around the Kenai Peninsula. 2 hour drive to Homer, 1 hour drive to Cooper Landing, 7 minute to Soldotna, and 5 minute drive to Kenai. Multiple fishing locations on the world famous Kenai River, are all within 5-10 minute drive.
