I needed a quiet location where I could have some assistance when needed and to be able to come and go when I needed to. There was always someone there to help if I needed it and my daughter and I felt we could relax when we needed to do that too.

Beautiful accommodation. An overnight stay with my daughter, spacious enough for the two of us and some beautiful restaurants near by with a lovely walk. The accommodation was as described and Natasha was very helpful. Would love to stay again

My partner and I stayed at Treetops over Easter weekend for my birthday and absolutely loved it. The place is idyllic and cosy with a real home away from home feel and beautiful surroundings. Sam went the extra mile for us and made sure we had everything we needed. Two other parties of guests were staying in the Shepherd Huts on site while we were at Treetops but we barely noticed, we felt connected for anything we needed but still had plenty of privacy. We will definitely be back, thank you Sam! We'd also recommend other guests do the 40min walk to Henners Vineyard for a tour & tasting - amazing views!

We had a great weekend and the property was ideally situated to visit a number of National Trust properties and the coast. We enjoyed sitting in Claire’s beautiful garden and she was happy to help with any queries we had.

Peaceful location and gardens, v cosy little place. We enjoyed relaxing in the garden, visiting the village and nearby areas; the reservoir, Sissinghurst and Hastings. James and Sarah were very responsive to our questions and requests.

I stayed at The Barn with my girlfriend, the property was exactly as described. It was clean and warm, the shower was absolutely great. Kitchen was stocked well to cook basic meals, Cath had stocked it with butter, milk, oil etc. which is lovely as we didn’t have to bring / buy these. The location is in the middle of a quiet village with a coffee shop, fish and chip shop, co-op , butchers and pubs all short walks away. We stayed here while driving to the south downs and brighton for days out but we could have spent the whole weekend relaxing in the village too. Cath was very communicative and let us check in early and check out late. 10/10 no complaints, highly recommend for an excellent price!

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.

Amanda and Ben couldn't have been more helpful, and the cottage was a lovely place to stay whilst visiting elderly family. The dogs were the icing on the cake for us!

We had a lovely short but sweet stay here. Our hosts were always in communication, whether it was ensuring if extra beds were required, to helping us get into the property. The property had an abundance of helpful info on taxis, things to do. We felt right at home. Thank you for having us!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Eleanor's from even before my arrival when Eleanor kindly let me know her place was ready early. When I arrived there were welcome sweets and biscuits which was so nice and Eleanors place is so beautiful I felt right at home. Eleanor was super responsive when I had any questions. The unit was immaculate, it had everything one needed for a comfortable stay. Instructions for using electrical equipment were easy to follow. The views were great & the walks were good. Andrea was friendly & quick to respond.

Petit logement au calme bien agencé et propre pour 2 personnes. Produits de salle de bain, thè, café, lait, confiture, beurre à disposition. On a beaucoup apprécié le pain pour le petit déjeuner. Place de stationnement dans le jardin. Il est très facile de descendre à Brighton à pied et de rentrer en bus (ça grimpe), l'arrêt est à 2 min de la maison. Nous avons pu aller à Londres (1 h en train) très pratique. On recommande vivement

We really enjoyed our stay, lovley and clean with a most relaxing hot tub after a days cycling. A gorgeous pub 1 minute walk away with delicious food then back for a cosy log burner. The only thing that could be added would be some dressing gowns for getting in/out of the hot tub. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and hope we will return again in the near future.

Myself, husband and 10 months old stayed here for a long weekend and it was lovely. Claire easy to get in contact prior to the booking and she was very thoughtful with toys around and a highchair for our little one. Would highly recommend. I wish we had more time to explore the area as it was beautiful.

We only stayed one night for a wedding but the garden room was beautiful and wish we had more time to enjoy it. Laura was fantastic when it took us a while to find the place and she took time to talk to us about where we were going and recommended a taxi firm. Thank you for a lovely stay. Would definitely return if we want to visit the area again.

We have stayed in quote a few airbnb locations and prefer it to staying in hotels and i have to say this is by far one of the best experiences I have every had with a host. Simply perfect. Responsive to small requests and highly recommended to anyone that wants a hassle free experience. The Hove coast - a shortish walk away - is relaxing and chilled and overall a lovely stay. Really enjoyed our time here. The space felt larger than it had looked from the photos and the garden aspect and birdsong exceeded my expectations. Very clean, quiet and comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. A fantastic location to get away from it all and a great base to explore the local area - Seven Sisters cliff walk, the South Downs, the delightful village of Alfriston and Lewes.

I’ve just come back from a 6 day stay. The decider for me was the dog sitting service! I needed a place that was near to Brighton, Worthing and Shoreham for various family events but having my dog in tow meant I couldn’t take him to all dos but Wes and his family took care of him and I can’t thank them enough! They made my stay stress free and although I didn’t stay in the annex for long, it was a quiet haven I needed to escape to after some busy, long days. The annex itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enough for me and the pooch. First few days I was on my own and felt safe. My 15 year old niece then joined me and Sarah made up the sofa bed for her. I’d say the annex is just big enough for the 2 of us, it would’ve been a bit of a squeeze for a third person. I loved the bathroom, big and spacious with a great shower! Now I have found this little gem I will definitely stay again! Thank you Wes and family x

An excellent property and location. Beautifully laid out and very well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, but not obtrusive. Very welcoming for pets, although our dog didn't spot any of the promised squirrels, badgers or deer ! Our second visit, and would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a few days with my partner, the studio was spotless and has everything you need, not a massive space but perfect for a couple. Despite not being in the centre, we used the buses and had no trouble getting to and from Brighton as they were very reliable. Russell and Julia were brilliant as well and made sure we had everything we needed and were very helpful with their directions.

A lovely, peaceful, bijoux place to stay in the stunning village of Firle. The only sounds were the church bells and birdsong. We stayed here while taking part in Potfest SE ceramic Fair held at Glynde Place. It was such a perfect location and peaceful retreat for this.

We had the most amazing stay while we got married locally! Sue was so helpful and was more than happy to help with anything we needed. We felt so at home with more than enough provided we will most definitely be returning! Thank you ever so much!! Xx
