A lovely detached house, with two bedrooms (bedroom 2 has a super-king bed or 2 single beds), bathroom with shower, full kitchen, dining area and lounge with wood burning stove. Situated in Aberdeenshire, ideally located for exploring the castles, hill-walking and the many amenities that Kemnay has to offer. The Lodge has an elevated view of the local countryside, quiet with lots of wildlife, but only a 5 minute walk to excellent local restaurants and a great pub with beer garden. AS 00998F

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Traditional & relaxed accommodation in the 16th century Scottish tower of our family home. Accessed by a spiral staircase your space comprises 2 bedrooms for 4 people over two floors in a private wing of the castle with bathroom and small sitting room. Full breakfast included. Set in the foothills of the Cairngorm National Park, this is an ideal stop off between Inverness and Edinburgh. Balmoral Castle, Dunnottar Castle, Glamis Castle and St Andrews are nearby. Tennis court available.

It is just 5 minutes walk to the train station, supermarket and other local amenities. The flat has charming traditional features throughout but is fully modernised, ensuring a comfortable stay. Old Stable cottage is a 1 bedroom converted Barn/Stable, with fully serviceable kitchen, Fabulous large walk-in shower, beautifully converted living room, wifi, large wall mounted TV and fully central heated, warm & Cosy, sleeps 2 in the upper bedroom, has a small enclosed garden and parking space at the side, and we do welcome small well-behaved dogs. We are situated in the heart of Aberdeenshire, close to miles of walking, cycling and located perfectly to base your adventure from.

It exudes all the charm and character of its sister lodges , Oxen Craig & Mither Tap, but has been furnished and styled to a very high level. A couples only retreat with private hot tub. Your neighbours are the birds chirping and the bees buzzing, sometimes a deer on the decking , siting in a private woodland area surrounded by tree's. This is a unique romantic getaway

Ranch House Cottage, Inverurie, Aberdeenshire

Ranch House Cottage is a traditional stone cottage set in the heart of the Aberdeenshire countryside, perfect for autumn and winter escapes. Our cottage sleeps 4 guests, with two bedrooms, an inviting self catering kitchen, and cosy living room with log burner for relaxing after a day of exploring. We are located just a 10 minute drive from the town of Inverurie and are a short walk from the luxurious Thainstone House Hotel with spa, gym and restaurants. Dogs welcome.

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.
