Our luxurious 2 x bed & 2 x bathroom cottage has a fully equipped kitchen & laundry, ducted heating and cooling and a beautiful outdoor dining area along with a fire pit (wood supplied). King beds can be split into 2 long singles if required. 'Avonview Cottage' is a 5 min drive to the CBD of Bathurst.

While there's many rustic features the cottage is also clean and tidy with wifi, smart tv and gas log fire, Bedding is comfy and it's warm in winter and cool in summer with thick walls. This place is a great short stay, walking distance to clubs, movies and pubs and would suit 2 individuals or a couple and 1 or (max) 2 kids.

There is a heated pool and tennis court, pool table, ping pong table (in garage), toys for the kids. We have TV, a fire place indoor and a fire pit outside and a large BBQ. There is ducted heating & cooling all year round. We have chickens you can feed and the Kangaroos, Sheep and Cows are never far away.
