Kea: аренда домов для семей с детьми

Ειχαμε μια υπεροχη διαμονη στο καταλυμα του κ. Επαμεινωντα! Το σπιτι ηταν ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες και φαινοταν οτι ηταν φτιαγμενο με πολλη πολλη αγαπη! Πεντακαθαρος ο χωρος και ειχε ολα τα απαραιτητα. Η θεα ειναι μοναδικη απ το σπιτι! Η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη και πολυ κοντα στις παραλιες. Ο κ. Επαμεινωντας ειναι απο τους πιο ευγενικους ιδιοκτητες καταλυματος, που εχουμε συναντησει, με ολη την καλη διαθεση να κανει τη διαμονη μας οσο πιο ομορφη, ανετη και χαλαρη γινοταν, και τον ευχαριστουμε πολυ γι αυτο! Οταν επισκεφτουμε ξανα το ομορφο νησι της Κεας, σιγουρα θα επιλεξουμε το ιδιο καταλυμα! Σας ευχαριστουμε!

Nadia's house is really well maintained, beautiful and attention to detail. It's a key point to have peace and quiet and yet be close to everything. Comfortable for up to 6 people.

Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant, paisible loin de l’agitation. Une très bonne boulangerie et un supermarché sont à 10 mn à pieds et le centre de Loulis à environ 25 mn. Ceci est excellent pour digérer après avoir dîner dans les diverses tavernes de la ville…il est préférable de louer une voiture pour se rendre sur les plages magnifiques et sauvages de L’île. Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour et nous sommes bien ressourcés au cœur de cette douceur de vivre et des magnifiques couchers de soleil. Merci à Manu pour son accueil. Sophie

Un très beau séjour à Vourkari chez Crissa. Crissa est très à l’écoute et nous a gentiment donné des petites adresses à Kea pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Je recommande cette maison si vous voulez passer un moment calme sur l’île de Kea qui n’est pas très animé pour les soirées mais à de très belles plages.

Το σπίτι ειναι άνετο με 3 επίπεδα, στο πάνω έχει ένα κρεβάτι κι ένα καναπέ, στο μεσαίο ένα κρεβάτι και μια κουκέτα και στο κάτω επίπεδο άλλο ένα κρεβάτι. Η διαμονή μας ήταν εν μέσω ακραίου καύσωνα, στο κάτω και στο μεσαίο επίπεδο τα κρεβάτια ήταν δροσερά παρά τη ζέστη, στο πάνω επίπεδο η αλήθεια είναι ότι ζεσταθηκαμε αρκετά. Προς τιμήν της η Σοφία προσφέρθηκε να μας αγοράσει και δεύτερο ανεμιστήρα όταν το ζητήσαμε. Η επικοινωνία ήταν άμεση. Το σπίτι έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα . Στο παρκινγκ υπάρχει μια γενική δυσκολία καθώς υπάρχει μόνο ένας μικρός χώρος στην είσοδο της Χώρας και όλοι οι υπόλοιποι παρκάρουν στο δρόμο. Από την είσοδο της χώρας μέχρι το σπίτι χρειάζεται περπάτημα γύρω στα 7 λεπτά. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη διαμονή!

Casa molto bella ed accogliente. Con molti comfort, elettrodomestici e con vettovaglie in ottimo stato. Abbiamo cenato a fatto colazione in casa e usato la lavastoviglie per lavare il tutto. Camere spaziose e bagni molto belli. Vista eccezionale e ottimo spazio all’aperto per goderla. Proprietari molto reattivi alle richieste fatte tramite l’applicazione. L’unico appunto negativo è che su una doccia l’acqua faceva un po’ fatica a scolare, ma veramente si tratta di trovare il pelo nell’uovo.

I would highly recommend staying at this place at its serenity immediately isolates you from the rest of the word. Filio is an amazing host and her recommendations are also literally the best. The only thing to consider is that due to its location it is highly recommended to have your own vehicle as the island is big with a lot to see. I will definitely go back as the island, the specific location and its views and amenities along with the experience Filio provides are one of a kind!

The View is everything in this rental ! I mean it ! incredible ! we had a great stay, the house is confortable and beautiful.

Very nice and cozy place on Kea

What an experience in Kea! Our lovely hosts Tasos and Lila welcomed us in the port and directed us to the house! The dirt road to the house can be a bit challenging if you are a novice driver or have a low car. The view from the house though is unreal. The residence itself is modern stone build following local tradition. Super clean and roomy with everything you will need for a short or a longer stay. Our hosts gave us all the important info of what to see, where to eat and where to swim an all was spot on! Lastly as a bonus they where accomodating with departure. Definitely will be going back!

Conforme à la description. Vue magnifique. Ménage et fournitures petit déjeuner renouvelées, quotidiennement. Accueil impeccable en revanche voiture indispensable.

Heleni and Kostos were very kind and friendly hosts (communicate only in Greek!). The house was exactly as depicted on the pictures, spotless, calm and well kept. Had everything we could need and more! A perfect place for a quick getaway, close to gorgeous beaches, will happily book again!

Περάσαμε μία εβδομάδα στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα και μείναμε ενθουσιασμενοι. Το σπίτι ειχε όλες τις ανέσεις που κανουν τη διαμονη μίας τετραμελους οικογένειας ανετη, ενω η μεγάλη βεράντα ειναι πραγματικα καταπληκτικη. Η γειτονιά ειναι πολυ ήσυχη κ πολυ κοντα στο λιμανι (βγαιναμε βολτα με τα ποδια), ενω κ η προσβαση σε super market ειναι πανευκολη. Οι κοντινές παραλιες (5 ή 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκινητο) ειναι καταπληκτικες, ενω σε 25 λεπτά μπορεις πρακτικα να εισαι σε οποιαδηποτε παραλια του νησιου. Πραγματικα δεν εχω λογια για την φιλοξενία της Αρετής , η οποία ηταν ευγενεστατη κ παντα διαθεσιμη για οτιδηποτε τη χρειαστηκαμε( πληροφοριες για το σπιτι, το νησι κλπ). Πηγαινουμε οικογενειακες διακοπες τα τελευταία 10 χρονια κ οι φετινές ηταν σιγουρα οι καλυτερες. Μειναμε ενθουσιασμενοι τοσο με το κατάλυμα όσο κ με το νησί και τους ανθρωπους του.

Unlike most other houses in Ioulis Dimitris' house is close to the parking of the town. The view is stunning and every day there is a wonderful sunset you can enjoy from te balcony. The bed is comfortable. There's a bakery/cafenion close by with a nice balcony for another beautiful few and a very nice restaurant at the same small square I particularly liked. All run by the friendly people of Ioulis and Kea. The busstop is also close to the apartment and it connects with the ferry. Dimitri is a quick responder, a problem with the washing machine was fixed in hours. Ioulis is a beautiful town with barely any cars since the streets are to narrow. Kea is very peaceful, I left to early and should have stayed longer, it's a place to return to. Jan

L'appartement est vraiment idéalement placé entre les deux axes Adrianou et Kidathineon. à 5 minutes de Syntagma et 10 min de la place Monastiraki. Tout est faisable à pied. La rue est strictement piétonne mais il n'y a pas de restaurant ni de commerce : c'est très calme. L'appartement en lui même est spacieux, exactement comme décrit dans l'annonce et très fonctionnel. C'est un excellent rapport qualité/ prix. Merci Tasos

hôte accueillant et réactif. nous avons passé 3 nuits à 5 personnes . 2 adultes et 3 adolescents. appartement très propre avec tout le confort et proche du métro. Le seul point negatif est le quartier inintéressant.

Náš pobyt předčil naše očekávání, ubytování bylo krásné, čisté, prostorné, nic nechybělo. Bylo by skvělé k vícedennímu pobytu! Určitě moc doporučujeme. Káva ve vedlejší kavárně a snídaně k tomu. Prostě skvělé!

This place has a lot of character, and I mean that in a good way. I felt very, very comfortable here. The bed is excellent, neither too firm or too soft. There's a lot of space. And it's just a cool place to hang out. It should be noted that this unit is downstairs. It probably gets about half the sunlight of most other condos in Athens. In most cases I would have an issue with that, but here it just added to the (jazzy, artsy) speakeasy charm of this place. It's about an 8 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, which is 5 stops (10 min) from Monastiraki. Not many tourists here, which is great from my point of view. There are a number of good bakeries and shops in the neighborhood. Not the kind of place you go to at night to have fun, but it's a great area for getting quality sleep without noise.

I had a blast staying here! Both Yota and the beautiful apartment made it so. The place is perfect for a longer stay (a fee months). All the amenities are there and really help make use of the space. I had no trouble fitting all my belongings and sometimes even hosting friends. The terrace is incredible - not only it adds more space but also ambience and charm to the place:) It’s ideal for slow breakfast/stargazing/reading/romantic dinners. The neighbourhood is the right mix of calm suburbia, while still feeling close to the center. The metro is right by, there are also buses that take you straight to the apartment. Yota is a text-book example of a great host. Always helpful and proactive in making sure your stay is comfortable. She takes great consideration into maintaining the place, makes sure to find new ways to make daily life there more convenient. Also, she provides lots of insights and recommendations of the city itself.

Marilena was an incredible host! She very kindly allowed me to enter the Airbnb before check-in time. She even helped me book a taxi to the airport. She was very nice and attentive, responding to messages very promptly. The place was exactly as advertised in the pictures. Everything was clean. AC, hot water, and wifi working perfectly. It is perfect for a short stay close to the airport and just across the street is access to the beach. Walking distance from many restaurants and markets. As other reviews mention, you can hear the church bells but it is not that loud and I actually found the chimes to be nice. I would definitely stay again.

L’appartamento è davvero molto bello. L’hotel estremamente gentile. Tutto davvero perfetto. La zona non ha molti bar vicini

Δίπλα σε στάση του μετρό στο κέντρο της πόλης , ευρύχωρο σπίτι με μεγάλους χώρους και πεντακάθαρο ! Αξίζει όλα τα λεφτά ! Θα το προτιμήσουμε και την επόμενη φορά που θα επισκεφτούμε την Αθήνα . Αξίζει να το δοκιμάσει κάποιος .
