Our stay at Tom's condo at the Hawaiian Princess was a great way to start our Hawaiian vacation. The view was everything that was advertised along with the privilege of viewing local sea life right from the balcony. During our stay, the condo experienced some mechanical issues. Tom was quick to respond and what couldn't be fixed immediately, Tom monetarily compensated us to offset the inconvenience. Previous reviews referenced the homeless encampment in this area of Oahu. Yes , they are there but never felt unsafe at the condo. One family enjoyed the private beach and ate a l9cal restaurant which was recommended by another Hawaiian Princess guest. For those who want to stay out of the hectic zone of Honolulu or Waikiki, the west side of Oahu in Waianea is worth the drive.

We had an incredible stay in Turtle Bay! The location is perfect—just minutes from stunning beaches, great restaurants, and tons of activities. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and easy to access. Jennifer was a fantastic host and went above and beyond when we had a minor internet issue—quick to respond and super helpful. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and fun getaway!

This location was perfect for North Shore exploring. The condo was spacious and well appointed, so comfortable and love the 3 full bathrooms! Great to have a kitchen table, comfy couch, and streaming services on the TV. All things in the condo were of good quality, thanks for the great beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella!! Really a great place to stay, would definitely come back!

The location and the host exceeded expectations! Terra welcomed my family in person into her own home which was so delightful! She provided so many recommendations which hit each one of our interests. She could be contacted very easily and was the sweetest host. The home was very clean, beautiful, and perfectly located with so much to do near by. I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends and would even stay again if and when I go back!

We had a great stay at this cozy, well-located unit! The space was clean, quiet, with easy access to the beach. The balcony view was lovely and perfect for morning coffee. Check-in was smooth, and the host was communicative and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy Oahu comfortably without being in the middle of the crowd!

Location, location, location! The inside of the condo is as it appears on the website. Comfortable. Nicely appointed kitchen. We didn’t cook while there, but it was well equipped. We loved having coffee in the morning on the screened in lanai, listening to the birds, waves and watching the chickens. A very short walk out the front door and you are on a great beach for swimming, snorkeling, walking. Emmanuel, the host, has all sorts of equipment stored on the lanai…boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkels , flippers. The pool was very cool, I don’t think it’s heated, but we did use it for laps. This is a great beach condo….simple, comfortable, great location. If you want upscale the Ritz Carlton is up the road. Emmanuel, the host, is responsive, accessible. We had a good experience at Punaluu and really hope to return soon .

We had the most memorable family vacation staying at Joel’s place on the North Shore of Oahu. Our family of four absolutely loved the location—just a short walk to Turtle Bay Resort, where we enjoyed grabbing coffee each morning and occasional lunches or dinners. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed for beach days, from chairs to toys and more. The beds were super comfortable, and having air conditioning in the unit made our stay even more comfortable. We especially appreciated the quiet area right out the back door where our kids could safely play and enjoy the outdoors. It truly felt like a home away from home. 5-star stay—highly recommend!

We wanted a family vacation that wasn’t the typical crowded Honolulu / Waikiki experience. Kathleen’s unit did not disappoint. Secure facility, clean grounds, an excellent pool with sauna, the beach was semi-private with only a handful of people on the beach at any one time (all friendly, by the way), the unit itself was clean, well appointed and exactly as advertised. The view - Unparalleled. The sunsets from the apartment were unbelievable. Kathleen is very helpful in providing a lot of information up front, so we were well-prepared for any contingency when we arrived. She was also extremely responsive with any communication once on-site as well. Definitely can recommend both Kathleen and this unit.

The house was great, beautiful, clean, and very accommodated. They have everything that people will need from the kitchen, shower, living room, bedroom, and even for swimming. They have all the gears for swimming, towels, beach chairs. The backyard is beautiful and loved drinking my coffee with the sound of the birds. I love seeing the beautiful mango trees and plumeras. Also, we were glad that they have the air conditioning :) We had difficulty connecting with wi-fi, but Veronica came and helped us fixed the connections. She is very easy to talk to, very quick to answers, and helpful. The only missing thing is a vacuum. I wish they have one, because It was too many of us and sometimes we cant help bring some sands inside. We were leaving our shoes by the door, but some sands still gets in. Anyway, I just used the broom to clean the floor. Overall we had a great stay :) and will stay there again!

Easy walk to the beach, great option for the north shore.

The Turtle Bay Area is beautiful and seems very safe. The community is gated and shared pools and tennis courts are available. There are also wonderful hiking paths and a nice beach. Sandra’s place was small but worked ok for the two of us. She stocked the kitchen with all of the essentials and provided snorkel sets, pool tubes, boogie boards, and tennis rackets which were nice extras. The only thing to be aware of is that the loft ceiling is pretty low but not a big deal if you are careful getting out of bed.

The kitchen was so well stocked with much more than expected! We appreciated the quality of the rooms linens and decor. The decor was a homey beachy vibe and was enough that it didn't feel as if you were staying in a rented bare bones condo. The pool was just steps away and the ocean is a 10 - 15 minute walk. Enjoyed morning runs on the golf course paths down to the water. We sat out on the private lanai and enjoyed coffee. Checkout was reasonable and a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Helena’s place is in a great location - we loved going down to Turtle Bay to snorkel and watch the sunsets. They share a space with the Ritz Carlton so the amenities were lovely. Played golf and enjoyed the swimming pools and tennis courts too! We LOVED having the cooler, snorkel gear and beach chairs. The umbrellas came in handy too. The kitchen is well stocked and we felt right at home. Would definitely come back!

My family of 4 really loved and enjoyed the island time while we are at the condo very nice, clean and quiet and very private beautiful area my kids and I loved everything about this place especially beach front we would recommend staying on this place 💯 % and we will definitely be staying here again in the future thank you for making us feel right at home we loved the condo and has everything you need can’t wait to go back :)

I have stayed in several turtle bay condos and this place was by far my favorite! The place was beautiful and was well stocked with a wagon, toys and books. The pool is close by and beautiful!

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Great, peaceful location and the apartment was well-stocked with extra pillows, towels, and beach needs (umbrella, chairs, etc).

Fantastic stay on the North Shore. Great condo located within walking distance of Turtle Bay (a public beach) and the Turtle Bay resort, which has bars and restaurants. Apartment is spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed - the AC window unit provides the perfect white noise (turn off the eco mode at night to keep it from kicking on/off every few minutes). Natalie provided beach towels, chairs and umbrellas (plus kids' toys, boogie boards, etc.). We were here almost only to shower and sleep as we snorkeled, surfed and drove around this side of the island exploring food trucks, fruit stands and small shops. Not far from the famous Banzai Pipeline - great for watching some of the world's best surfers (particularly in winter). Appreciated the coffee machine, filtered water pitcher, washer and dryer, and ample paper products! I'd stay here again and recommend it to both active travelers like us and those wanting to kick back and enjoy the pool, walk to the resort, etc. Great stay!

We had a nice stay at this property. Our family enjoyed the beach just steps from the cottage patio. The setting was incredibly peaceful, and the quiet surroundings made it a perfect retreat. One of the best parts was that they provided beach toys and snorkel gear for our child, which made our time there even more enjoyable. She spent hours snorkeling right in front of the cottage and playing in the sand. There were only two adults and a small child, and I think the size was great for us, but for a larger family this would be a tight squeeze. All of our activities were located on the east and north sides of Oahu, so a car is required to stay at this location. The parking stall for this unit is literally right next to the patio, super convenient.

Love, love, love Tania’s place. It looks even better than the photos, if that’s possible. High quality linens and firm furniture throughout. The view and location are wonderful. Hope we can stay again in the future!

Excellent place to stay with our kids on their first trip to Hawaii. The home was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The pool right next to the unit was clean, warm, and perfect for evening swims under the stars. Location relative to all the great places to visit on the North Shore was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo for our Hawaii trip! Located in a peaceful gated community with the Ritz-Carlton Turtle Bay Resort within it. It’s just a short walk to the beach, resort, and restaurants. The backyard opens up to a golf course where we saw the sunrise every morning. The condo stays cool with AC and fans. Clean, comfortable, and with a great pool area. Ideal North Shore location—we were able to explore with short drives to Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, and so many other beautiful spots. Highly recommend!

Space is extremely clean. Unit is quiet and spacious. Scott was responsive and flexible with check in and checkout times. The unit has everything needed to enjoy the beach and tennis courts. Kitchen had everything we needed. Instructions and recommendations provided by Scott allowed us to maximize our time on the North Shore. Accessibility to Turtle Bay resort and surrounding beaches is very easy from this location. Everything was easy. We hope to be back :) Mahalo Scott!

We loved our stay, exactly what we were looking for…. A beautiful sandy beach right outside of our door, without the crowds of tourist beaches. Turtles catching waves with us, along with dolphin and whale sightings from our lanai. If you do your research and understand that you are staying at an older place without all the fancy stuff, this place is exactly as described. This is old Hawaii, locals Hawaii.. the drive to the condo is sad with so many locals forced to live on the beach as Hawaii’s cost of living has become too much, along with the dire consequences of substance use.. understand you will see that. If that’s not for you to see, this isn’t the place. The condo was CLEAN and very comfortable, with everything you could need. Time your adventures right and arrive “home” in the evening then you won’t have a problem with traffic!

Julie’s place is in a great location, is within walking distance to the beach and was very comfortable. Parking was limited if you arrived back to the apartment later in the evening.
