Amazing mountain views above Gibbston' s famous winery area. High up away from the noisy road we have 5 acres of garden. Your apartment, with its own front door is attached to our home but feels very private. It is newly redecorated with an open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room. Two bedrooms both with shower ensuites , one a king bed and the other a king or 2 single beds. Enjoy our log burning fire or go outside and enjoy the outdoor brazier while sipping a local wine and stargazing.

Great views and a full kitchen on Queenstown Hill

Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having easy access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Foremost the Studio proudly boasts one of the best views in the area at anytime of day. It's privacy & character ensures you feel relaxed so be left in no doubt that you'll have a nice experience looking at the view from your private balcony while sipping your fav drink. It's like a hotel room with limited kitchen facilities & no laundry.

Cosy loft studio with bathroom, completely private and separate from our family home, with own entry. Gorgeous mountain views. Milky Way stargazing. Quiet neighbourhood. Please note, there is no kitchen, just tea making facilities and a small bar fridge. It also has a tv with Netflix and a selection of films. Easy access to golf, walking, skiing, Queenstown & Frankton. Please review our location on the map before you book. There is a regular bus but it works best to have a car.

The living area includes a dinning table, 2 seater sofa, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is NO oven or cooktop. The bathroom includes towels and a hairdryer. A 10-min drive from Frankton shops , New World supermarket and the airport, and a 5min walk to The Farmhouse café and shop. The suite has its own private entrance with a lock box.

Sunny Studio apartment

Newly renovated studio apartment in sunny Kelvin Heights, From the apartment it is a 20 min drive to Queenstown, 5 min drive to Frankton & airport, or a 3 min walk to a water taxi that takes you on a short scenic boat ride into downtown Queenstown. Stunning walking and biking tracks are one step away, and also the local Kelvin Heights golf course. Kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and 2 hobs - suitable for light meals. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has the option of two single or king beds.

Just a two-minute walk to cafés & bakerys, a brewery, and wine bars. The unit has its own entrance, though access is via a shared driveway. We respect guests’ privacy at all times. Suitable for a maximum of two guests, as the space is compact and cosy.
