Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

U dvorištu kuće nalazi se igralište za odbojku te stolni nogomet za razonodu. Kuća ima privatan parking (5 auta). Prekrasne plaže Jadranskog mora nalaze se na 1,5 km od kuće.

It consists of two residential units (apartments), which will ensure you more intimacy during your stay. The house accommodates four people and contains everything you need for a quality and peaceful vacation. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy a glass of fine Istrian wine with a beautiful view. It’s also perfect for a family vacation to get away from the urban hustle and bustle.

It really calms you down immediately. The parking spots are close, you can reach them by walking distance as well as the beach. Duga Uvala has no wild nightlife. It is more a place for relaxing and taking it slow.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
