My stay at April Joy's apartment was good. The apart is in a large development a few minutes walk from downtown malls (SM, Ayala and Gaisano) and transport shuttles to and from airport... Very nice pool and gym which was nice. Apartment is a studio which was OK for a short stay. Very fast Wifi was a bonus. April Joy was very responsive to messages and everything worked as it should.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was perfect for our group of family and friends, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. Even though our check-in was a bit last-minute, the host was incredibly accommodating and made the process smooth. We did have a small issue with one item, but the host handled it with such politeness and consideration that it was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Great location, easy access to Ayala and other sites in downtown CDO. Taxis are readily available. The condominium security keeps the place safe.

This is a fantastic place to stay, I will stay here again in the future. The pool is great if you have kids. It's a public area at the bottom of the condos. The condo is perfect and the pictures match exactly what is there. All the kitchen items were there, and we did not have to purchase anything to cook with. It was awesome having all the utensils and cookware there ready to go. The host was amazing, she communicated clearly the check-in and check-out procedures and even went above and beyond for our check out time. Fantastic place to stay, and walking distance to the local malls.

Very easy to check-in and the host was super responsive. I booked the wrong date at first but the host was super flexible that she allowed the change of my booking date. Very big thanks. Ameneties were also provided by the place. We were able to rest well.

Nove did a great job responding to any questions or concerns. Unfortunately the beautiful pool isn't open yet. This condo has a lot of things in place for you for convenience. I stayed in a condo across the hall as well and it wasn't equipped with all the amenities this place had. I would stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Annalie’s Place. The house was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and hassle- free stay. She went above and beyond what we asked (we asked to borrow an iron and suggested to pay for any damages we’d make if we end up burning sheets) but they willingly let us borrow one! Best host i’ve stayed in yet! Will definitely return here when in CdeO
