A 3-minute walk from the cute little beach of Kolones or the organized beach of Batsi bay. The apartment has a panoramic view of the sea and mountain with breathtaking sunrises. The house sits within the ancient walls of the old town, on the main pedestrian street, right inside the historic Venetian castle district. Recently renovated, it combines all modern comforts while preserving the character and charm of Andros’ old town.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο μικροσκοπικό αυτό σπίτι,που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Αποίκια της Άνδρου δίπλα στη πηγή Σάριζα. Το σπίτι αποτελείται εσωτερικά από μία κρεβατοκάμαρα και ένα μπάνιο συνολικά 15τμ. Εξωτερικά διαθέτει κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα,αυλή με τσιμεντοκονία και κτιστό καναπέ. Ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 και βρίσκεται κάτω από το μονοπάτι που οδηγεί στους καταρράκτες της Πυθάρας. Περιστοιχίζεται από μποστάνια με βιολογικά λαχανικά και αιωνόβιες ελιές.
