Villa Papaya is a spacious and comfortable villa in a perfect location near the Pafos promenade along the sea. There are several nice restaurants nearby. The villa features a courtyard and two balconies, offering shaded spots to relax in privacy. We stayed there with our friends and had a wonderful time. The villa is highly recommended for large families or groups of friends.

Όλα υπέροχα, το ποιο ήρεμο χωριό που επισκέφθηκα ποτε με την οικογένειά μου! Πηγαιναμε τα απογεύματα στην εκκλησία που ηταν κυριολεκτικά 2 βηματα απο τ σπιτι και παιζαμε με τα μωρα μας! Το σπιτι ηταν πολυ ομορφο, με μεγαλη αυλή και εμεις κ τα σκυλακια μας την ευχαριστήθηκαν πάρα πολύ! Υπαρχει κ μια φιλική γιαγιά η οποια με μονο μια ερωτηση ετρεχε να μας βοηθήσει και να μας προσφέρει πράγματα γ εμας κ τα παιδακια μας! Η οικοδέσποινα ηταν πολύ ευγενική και πολύ επικοινωνιακή!! κ Δεν θελαμε να φύγουμε με τίποτα! Μια συμβουλή γ όσους πηγαινουν να παρουν τον δρομο μεσα απο την πόλη και οχι αυτον που τους δειχνουν οι συντεταγμένες γτ κανετε μεγαλο κύκλο και δεν υπαρχει λογος! Μεσα απο την πόλη προς Πέγεια ειναι πολυ ποιο γρήγορα! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα, ελπίζω να ξανά βρεθούμε συντομα στο χωριο σας να απολαύσουμε την ηρεμια σας κ το υπέροχο σας σπιτι🖤

Wat een fantastisch huis! Hier kom je echt voor je rust. Maar pafos is niet heel ver weg. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf t terras en zwembad. Heerlijk kunnen ontspannen en mooie wandelingen gemaakt. Voor deze locatie moet je wel echt een autootje huren. Winkels vind je in Pafos. We vonden het jammer dat we alweer weg moesten. Zeker een aanrader en onze mooiste overnachtingsplek. Aardige eigenaar die snel overal op reageerde.

Moronero Villa is a very special place. It is a historic stone building set in peaceful mountain surroundings. It has been refurbished and furnished in a style that fits its history and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Episkopi does not have any shops. There is only a restaurant run by the friendly Costas but it is only a 20 minute or so drive from Paphos, beaches and the airport. Savvas did everything he could to make our stay run smoothly. When the coffee machine stopped working he delivered a brand new one the same day! Highly recommended.

Потрясающий дом! Очень приятно было в нем жить! Мы ни разу не пожалели, что остановились здесь. Чувствуется, что у дома есть любящие хозяева: очень чисто, есть все необходимое для жизни. Мы пользовались плитой, духовкой, барбекю и для всего у нас была посуда, кухонные принадлежности и прочее. Дом находится в прекрасном районе. До моря 15 минут пешком, недалеко магазины, кафе, при этом сам район тихий и очень живописный. Важно, что есть свое парковочное место, потому что без машины на Кипре никуда. Мы жили в феврале и в доме было прохладно: утром температура опускалась до 16-18 градусов, поэтому мы пользовались отоплением. Имейте в виду, что счет за электричество вы оплачиваете самостоятельно. За 5 недель в зимний период у нас вышло 110€. Дом подарил нам и нашим детям незабываемый месяц на Кипре. Если мы когда-то еще будем на Кипре, то жить будем только здесь. Надеюсь, что будущие жильцы будут бережно относиться к дому🙏

Очень хороший дом. Там было довольно чисто и мы нашли все необходимое. Даже были домашние яйца от курочек, которые живут во дворе. В том же дворе можно поужинать. В один из дней хозяйка принесла нам традиционное кипрское блюдо. Михалина очень дружелюбная и нам понравилось её гостеприимство. Мы были в прохладную погоду и для обогрева в доме есть кондиционеры или батареи (батареи нагреваются от камина), поэтому было достаточно тепло внутри. Нам очень понравилось. Единственное, вас может беспокоить петух, который кукарекает с 4 утра, так как окна спальни выходят во двор, но нам он особо не мешал.

Un appartement très agréable, spacieux, et bien équipé Situé à 10-15 minutes de marche du bord de mer. La piscine est très agréable ainsi que la terrasse Le logement était très propre et Alina s’est montrée accueillante Tout était parfait Nous recommandons cette adresse.

We've spent 5 days at Basil's. Our arrival 's been smooth, exact directions, the host very communicative. The villa is the most beautiful and spacious place we've visited, clean, with a completely equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a lovely terrace with garden furniture, a pool. Some sweet treats have been waiting for us... You can see the sea in the distance on the right. The neighbourhood is peaceful, we've enjoyed the occasional visits of cats. It's great if you have a car, so you can fully exploit the surroundings, the city, astuning beaches, trails, mountains, sights. We've enjoyed them all!

Just WOW!!! Nice place to be there with family, friend and relatives. Huge space, nice swimming pool and walking to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Definitely, I will reserve the same Villa in the near future. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My two daughters, husband and I stayed here for a week in April. We had rented a car and the apartment not only came with a parking lot but was also a close driving distance to everything in Paphos. We arrived late at night, check in was smooth and most of all we found the apartment fully stocked with all the necessities and more. From snacks to toiletries, nothing was missing. There were even beach towels for us! Very convenient. Since the weather was still a bit fresh, the pools weren’t open yet, so I can’t comment on that. However I would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for everything!

Très bon séjour chez Monica. L’appartement est agréable , l’hôte répond rapidement aux questions par message. Le quartier est proche de la ville et du bord de mer. Nous recommandons.

came as a family of 4 the place was spotless it was really clean and the whole family were really pleased by the cleanliness and felt right at home the garden outside is more than enough it had everything you need from a grille to a dining table a pool and sunbeds it had a wonderful view over the city and the sea in the distance the neighbourhood was really peacful and quiet and the whole vibe of the villa is really welcoming will be booking this place again and again it was such a wonderful stay and its highly recommended everyone was really satisfied and the place felt really spacious and there was room and space for everyone to do whatever they like thank you myria it was a wonderful stay

Very nice house with a very nice garden in a very nice area. A very good option to escape the city team and literally being two minutes walk from the sea. Highly recommend it!!!

Our stay at the charming Summer Forever Townhouse was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning views and serene atmosphere .The host was incredibly kind and allowed us to check in early, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodation itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, blending modern amenities with cozy, rustic charm. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the local area. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows just right. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The private terrace offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape providing the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening drinks. The pool was pristine and provided a refreshing escape from the sun and our kids made friends. everyone spoke well of James.Loved relaxing in the Townhouse & chatting with the locals.

Nice and quiet place, 10-15 minutes drive to main area in Paphos so need to consider that it’s not that close to all the attractions. Beside that the house was perfect for us. Very suited for family with kids. They have a baby bassinet and also baby bath. They have a lot of games and toys for a large range of ages. The kitchen is also full of instruments to cook with. Overall very nice place I will come again if I would travel to paphos.

I felt really at home here. The outstanding view is etched into my soul. The veranda is large, comfortable and has everything you would need. Maria is the most responsive and personable host. Her thoughtful touches are everywhere. She even supplied fruit from her garden, and provided basics to get me started. The apartment is really well equipped, and there was nothing else that I needed. Maria even provided an umbrella, and folding seats for the beach. As other people have mentioned there is a road below the apartment, which might not be everyone’s choice, but that puts the apartment in easy access to all places of interest; Lachi, Baths of Aphrodite, Polis etc. The beaches are minutes away by car, as is the Marina and Polis town. You can walk to most things, (although there is a steep hill down from one side of the apartment, you can avoid this by going another route), there are buses that run frequently from below apartment. As you can tell this was a very enjoyable stay!

The villa set up is fantastic - a private pool, outdoor seating, and spacious comfortable accommodation with the necessary kitchen amenities to cook at home. We stayed with kids and they spent hours in the yard/pool. The beach couldn't be easier to access, about 100 metres away. The beach itself isn't anything special, but very quiet and relaxed compared to the stunning beaches in other areas of the island that were much more hectic. I would highly recommend taking a 4x4 buggy into Akamas, this is the perk of staying in this location in our opinion.

Cozy apartment in great location. Sofronis is standing out as a thoughtful and generous host. The place is well-equipped with all what is needed for a foreign in Cyprus, including electric adapter and cables for charging the phone. With a fringe benefit, next building there is a great local, non-touristic, Grill restaurant. We would love to return and stay longer while touring Paphos.

Everything was good as expected. Only one concern the water pressure was low so taking a shower was longer then expected :)

חווינו חופשה קסומה בדירה מיוחדת במינה! המקום מעוצב בסגנון וינטג' מקסים, עם תקרות גבוהות מרשימות, יצירות אמנות מרהיבות וצמחייה מרעננת בכל פינה. האווירה הנוסטלגית והעיצוב המוקפד יצרו חוויה שלא נשכח. המיקום מצוין, במיוחד למי שמחפש קרבה לבית חב"ד - יתרון משמעותי למשפחות דתיות באזור. בעלת הבית הייתה מקסימה, אדיבה ומסבירת פנים לאורך כל השהות! לצד היתרונות הרבים, חשוב לציין שהדירה מעט ישנה, דבר שהתבטא בזרם מים חמים לא אידיאלי ובמטבח קטן ומאולתר יחסית. אלו לא פגמו משמעותית בחוויה הכללית, אך כדאי לקחת בחשבון. לסיכום, למי שמחפש אירוח בעל אופי וינטג' ואווירה נעימה, ומוכן להתפשר על מספר נוחויות מודרניות - זה המקום המושלם!
