This house and location were perfect for our requirements. The house was clean, spacious, cool and complete with everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed using the veranda during the sunrise and eating out there during the evenings (when we spotted wallabies in the bush). The location was great for nipping into town, visting our family and the sites, whilst having the peace of being set back from the road and not having to see another soul if we chose that! I am saving this property for future visits from England to Katherine based on the location, the price, the excellent hosts and a real home from home feel.

My husband and I spent 2 nights here on a weekend away to explore Nitmiluk National Park. It’s only 5mins down the road from the park, clean, comfortable, peaceful and offered incredible views. The place had everything you needed as well as a swimming spot or two and Netflix to end an exhausting day of hiking! Wayne the host was such a friendly and helpful legend. He made sure we had everything we needed and suggested good things in the area to explore. We won’t forget his dog Blue who came for pats and visits throughout our stay, making missing our dog at home abit more bearable. The scenery and sunsets were unreal, we will definetly be back!!

The apartment is privately located above the hotel office and is so quiet. It was spotless and the bedding was freshly laundered. Parking for our car was secure within the hotel compound and we were provided with a fob to come/go as needed. Our family of 5 (2A, 5yo, 3yo and 1yo) were very happy and had a wonderful stay here.

Carol was an amazing host, super helpful and informative. The house was exactly what we needed as she went above and beyond with the little details. It was a pleasure meeting her- her house was one of the highlights of our trip. - couldn't recommend this house more! Thanks Carol !

Love staying here. It’s a home away from home. We feel safe here! Excellent provisions - love the coffee machine. Great large fluffy towels and lovely soft bed. Well equipped kitchen.

Great accommodation. Easy check-in. Comfortable queen-sized beds - one softer, one firmer. Reliable wifi. Lots of supplies and plenty of additional extras such as mozzie coils, toothbrushes, Covid testing kits, backyard cricket set. Quiet. We slept very well. Thanks Tommy!

Great alternative to camping for shoulder seasons (or those who just don’t like camping!) and very spacious for families! This place has the perfect bush property vibe, yet super convenient as really close to Katherine with all amenities, and a short drive to Nitmiluk NP. The place looks better than on the photos, is exceptionally clean, super comfortable and has all the essentials. Michaela & Martin were super responsive and friendly. They always got back to us promptly with helpful tips and advice! We would stay there again! :)
