Карпатос: аренда квартир

L’appartement est magnifique. Tout est dans les détails! Après tout, dormir sous les étoiles, ça n’arrive pas à tous les jours. (Vous comprendrez si vous séjournez là-bas.) Très propre. Belle grande douche avec tous les petits produits de nettoyage. On adore la céramique de plancher! Je voudrais la même à la maison :) Nous avons eu un peu de difficulté à trouver l’endroit car même sur Airbnb, l’adresse n’est vraiment pas claire. Par contre, une fois arrivés, on oublie ça et on profite de la belle vue sur le port.

Very clean, tidy and modern. We were 2 adults so had lots of space in this well built apartment. Didn't notice any issues with the wind / windows which are made of wood and much nicer than pvc. Vasilios was a eally nice and chilled host. Car recommended to get to the beaches further away or Karpathos town. 2 tavernas within 200m, plus 2 or 3 others about 1km away. Taverna Four Seasons the best in our view. Great stay for 5 nights.

Amazing spot at amazing Diafani. Some sea view from the veranda, but the coolest thing was that the house was fully equipped with literally everything, besides a washing machine. I just wish they had more days available for us to stay!

Nice apartment with the perfect location. Located in the center of Pigadia, main street with restaurants and cafes is 1min away. WiFi is great, fast and reliable, in case you need to do some work. Air-conditioning works good, it located out of the bedroom, so you can leave it on during night. If you get a car, it might seem hard to find place to park at first, but there is many small streets around where you can park. Host was very responsive to our requests, even let as to have late checkout since our flight was in the evening. If you don’t need “luxury” place don’t look any further, it’s clean, cozy, and perfectly located.

La posizione è fantastica! Con la vista sul mare, molto fresca e ventilata. La casa è ben attrezzata per un soggiorno anche lungo come il nostro. Siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e calore. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Unser Urlaubsaufenthalt in den Seaside Studios war toll und wir kommen definitiv wieder! Vom Flughafen sind wir ca. 15-20 min mit dem Taxi zum Airbnb gefahren (Kosten 35€ - der Taxifahrer hatte eine fixe Preistabelle für jeden Ort). Wir haben Evdoxia per Nachricht mitgeteilt das wir bereits vor 12 Uhr (also vor regulärem Check-in) ankommen würden, war überhaupt kein Problem. Schon am Vortag bekamen wir eine Nachricht von unserem Host das unser Studio bereits fertig ist und der Schlüssel steckt. Das Studio ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt sogar Klopapier, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und kleine Shampooproben. Man kann jederzeit nach frischen Handtüchern fragen. Die Hosts sind täglich von 9-12 Uhr vor Ort. Man darf sich selber von den Obstbäumen im Garten bedienen. Der Sandstrand ist nur 5 min entfernt. 2 Liegen mit Schirm kosten beim Restaurant Glaros 15€ für den Tag. Der Ort Arkasa wo es 3 Supermärkte und einige Restaurants, Cafes und eine Bar gibt ist ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt.

The house is located at the top of the small village of Menetes in a quiet area with a beautiful view of Pigadia with in the background the sea. It's spacious and equipped with all practical necessities. The location of the house approximately in the middle of the island, makes it easy to visit both the north and south sides of the island. Vicky is very friendly and let me also stay longer in the house when my ferry was delayed several hours due to severe weather.

Foteini's home was amazing! Right in the middle of everything and we were able to walk to plenty of restaurants at night. We rented a car to see the island and Foteini asssted us in making sure the car was dropped off at the right place. There was plenty of parking outside. I completely recommend and we would love to stay here again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien situé et pratique. Venetia est une hôtesse prévenante et disponible. Merci encore pour les attentions, ce fut délicieux !

The apartment was absolutely lovely, equipped with everything one might need and spotless clean. We even got water and biscuits upon arrival. Antonia and his mother were always available. For us ship lovers the ideal view on the harbour was a highlight. I'd come here again anytime

Meeresrauschen zum Frühstück, Meeresrauschen zum Abendessen auf der Terrasse mit Strandblic k, was will man mehr? Wir waren begeistert von der liebevoll eingerichteten, sehr sauberen und strategisch super gelegenen Wohnung. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt um diese wunderschöne Insel mit dem Auto oder Scooter zu erkunden. Alles in Der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tavernen, Bars, Apotheke, sogar ein Krankenhaus. In wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto dann in der unberührten Natur und Stille wenn man möchte. (Jaaaaaaaaa!:)) Die Strände sind atemberaubend. Der Check In war unkompliziert, Andreas hat immer sofort geantwortet und uns auch eine nützliche Liste zum Erkunden der Insel zusammengestellt. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Karpathos!!

Wunderschön oberhalb dem tollen Strand von Kyra Panagia gelegen, die Lage ist atemberaubend! Strand über wenige Stufen gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Große Terrasse, auf welcher man Abends gerne den Ausblick und das Meeresrauschen genießt! Sehr nette Gastgeber, welche jederzeit gut erreichbar waren und sehr flexibel auf die An- und Abreisezeiten eingegangen sind! Super Ausgangsort zum Erkunden der gesamten Insel mit dem Mietauto.

we had a wonderful stay at the property. Maria made our stay exceptional with her availability any time we needed something, she responded. The property offers plenty of space inside, was very clean and welcoming. It has large windows in every room for natural light and of course a prime location for the sunset! Thank you Maria for the wonderful experience!

Hier ist eine ausführliche Airbnb-Bewertung: --- Unser Aufenthalt bei Manolis und Mary war einfach fantastisch! Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Airbnb und zurück wurde reibungslos organisiert, was uns den Start in den Urlaub sehr erleichtert hat. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber, mit frischen Handtüchern und sogar Strandhandtüchern. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die tägliche Reinigung, die für eine besonders angenehme Atmosphäre sorgte. Die Lage der Unterkunft könnte nicht besser sein – nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand! Außerdem haben uns Manolis und Mary tatkräftig bei der Buchung eines Mietautos unterstützt, was unsere Reise noch unkomplizierter gemacht hat. Wir können diese Unterkunft und die wunderbaren Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

We have spent two pleasant weeks at Maria’s place beginning of july. Location: excellent, the house is just above one of the main road leaving Pigadia. From the wide terrace / parking you have the view of the city till the sea. Five minues drive and you are in the center of Pigadia with hundrend of restaurants, market and any kind of shops. By the way also on the premises of the location there are a few markets. The house is brand new, we had an apartment with a wide bedroom a dining room and a kitchen with all you need. All around the apartment there is a balcony with a lot of wind that can be appreciated due to the hot temperatures. A bath with wide shower complete the apartment. The owners are nice and helpful for any questions you have. Definitely a pleasant stay. One reccomendation for the new incoming hosts: please do not forget to give a caress to Lulu, the blond very sweet dog the will welcome you every time you return from the beach. Thank you

Der Aufenthalt bei Christiane im Aperi View war wirklich schön! Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt für ein bis zwei Personen. An Ausstattung mangelt es an nichts und was Sauberkeit angeht braucht man sich wirklich keine Sorgen machen. Christiane ist super freundlich und sorgt als Gastgeberin wirklich sehr gut für ihre Gäste, egal worum es geht. Es gibt wunderschöne Strände in der Gegend, die mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen sind und durch die relativ zentrale Lage auf der Insel hat man das Gefühl überall schnell zu sein. Wir können Aperi View definitiv empfehlen und sollte es uns wieder zurück auf die Inseln ziehen, dann auch wieder ins Gästehaus von Aperi View!

We loved our stay here! Perfect location central to everything. Lila and her father were easy to communicate with and super friendly
