Absolutely loved our stay, it’s a very big warm house with an amazing view of the ocean from the deck. We had plenty of space and felt right at home. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful pristine brand new house. Everything was better than expected. Huge modern master suite. Shame we couldn’t stay longer.

We absolutely loved our stay. Nathan was incredibly welcoming and allowed us to use his place for our small wedding ceremony. It was the most amazing day and we really enjoyed our entire stay. Thanks again Nathan!! We will always remember this beautiful space that we held our special day at. ☺️

As a family of 5 with teenagers we settled in immediately and loved the place: relaxing, warm and sunny, peaceful which was so great in the mornings, great decor and comfy beds. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The location in the center is perfect, offering a beautiful view of Raglan Bay. The infrastructure was excellent, and the apartment was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. This was already our second stay in a Groundswell Property apartment, and we were once again impressed. The communication was very professional and smooth. Cherie's place was perfect for our stop to the areas famous attraction, Hobbiton. Was just minutes to the location and made the early tour easy to get to. would definitely recommend!

The perfect place for our family holiday. With two under 5 and this being our first family of 4 holiday it was a great comfort to arrive and see they'd put out items to help the kids ease into the new space. A kiddy table and chairs, toys, books. The extra touch was really appreciated and helped the kids feel at ease right away. The place was spotless. Couldn't fault it.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We were surprised at how spacious and big the rooms were and also the bathrooms were spotless clean and glad there was a bathtub to bathe our daughter. The area was quiet and peaceful as well. The comms were easy going which made our stay a breeze. Once we arrived, Grant came by to introduce himself and also checked if we needed anything which was so welcoming. Thank you for making our stay a great experience.

Such a charming vintage apartment — full of character and so cozy! Everything was spotless and thoughtfully decorated. We were spoiled with a delicious homemade cake and a great breakfast for the morning. Plus, their adorable cats made the stay even more special. Would absolutely stay again!

A great central location with all you need in the apartment. Thoughtful touches with the Christmas decorations and also quiet despite being in a busy complex of apartments.

Homely place. we enjoyed the space esp the separate living room. Carla always responded quickly to our queries/needs. Downside is lack of kitchen sink but this was expected as it's clearly communicated in the description.

Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.

We had a great stay, the place was beautifully clean which as a small group of friends we really appreciated. The place was very cosy and comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic! Very easy access instructions and communication was on point. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend and give 5 stars.

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

Really enjoyed my stay. Lovely apartment overlooking the water. Despite the weather being foul, the apartment was warm and cosy and so easy to relax in. I was working all day away from the apartment but so good to come back each night and relax. Bed very comfortable and no ‘neighbour noise’ of any sort. Great responsive host who was easy to communicate with. Would throughly recommend 11/10!
