Susan was a wonderful host!!! Cannot ask anymore more of a host. Let us check in early, and no issues with an early morning flight we ad to catch. Susan is very friendly, warm and has a great place. Some good restaurants around the place as well

The space was very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook with and the bed was very comfy! The location was perfect, in a very nice neighborhood, and very easy to get around town! We loved our stay!

Erik was extremely responsive very friendly, and answered all of our questions and the place is super cute. It has everything that you would need and we really enjoyed the hot tub! Will be staying again!

This was my 2nd week staying at Carmen G's place and it was great. It has everything I need. Very clean, nice and peaceful after a days work feels like home thank you for having me and hopefully be able to stay here again in the next weeks ahead

The Roost is exactly as represented. It is situated on the lake and has outstanding views. The directions and check-in information were very clear, I was able to drive directly to the property and check-in without any problems. I wanted something fairly private and although the Roost is in a residential neighborhood, the artistic landscaping hid the neighboring houses. Diane and her husband are the perfect hosts, there if you want them, but not intrusive. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. There is no access to the lakeshore, however there is also no beach to walk along at that point on the lake. The grounds have plenty of seating with a beautiful view of the lake and guests are allowed to roam the property and sit wherever they are comfortable. I stayed with my dog and felt quite welcome. I definitely plan on going back.

Toby was an amazing host, I am grateful for his hospitality and the opportunity to stay in this space. We loved staying in this little apartment and felt right at home. 10/10 overall, I would stay here again.

Not only do they provide a fun, cozy, & spacious place to stay - they were friendly, communicative, & gave us all the recommendations we could need :) we only wish we were able to stick around longer to enjoy the space & the area! Everything was fresh & clean for us when we arrived, everything went smooth, & we slept so well here! Thank you guys, we'll be back! 💌✨️

Sandra’s place is so beautiful and cozy, located in a beautiful wooded area. The apartment is in the back and is very peaceful and private. Sandra went out of her way to help us get to KU for the Rock Chalk weekend and was very friendly! This place is a gem! We will be back!

From the moment we walked through in, we loved it! Neathasha is an AMAZING host, she was very communicative since the beginning and was very responsive. The place is more than nice , it’s bigger and better than in the pictures , smelt really nice too. Could barely hear people upstairs and i would say i have no complaints about the stay. Area is also pretty good, lots of good food options around and not too far of a drive from downtown either. Would definitely book her or with this host again!

The Saloon is a beautiful, tucked-away cozy spot that's still conveniently close to the city. It’s quiet, comfortable, and perfect for a couple’s getaway! We had a wonderful time staying here and would definitely recommend it.

Karla was so great. She was always available if we needed anything, and was very accommodating for us. She was gracious enough to let us stay here with our cat, even though she is allergic.

Our family stayed at the Gufler Mansion during a very hard time in our lives. We were there for the funeral of our nephew and Brad made our stay as happy and peaceful as humanly possible. He went out of his way to take care of us, share in our grief and give us a place to celebrate the life of a beautiful little boy where it all felt like home! I recently stayed in this cozy basement studio and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The space was small but well-designed, with everything I needed for a short stay comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a small kitchenette. The decor was simple yet inviting, and it felt like a nice, private retreat. I found the studio to be very comfortable and functional. The host was friendly and responsive, which made the stay easy and stress-free. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for an affordable, cozy spot, but be aware of the potential noise as it is a downstairs studio.

It’s a lovely little place close to the heart of Sterling. We would definitely choose this place again.

*wife had great help during my stay with surprising me with a birthday cake which Nicki and Tony picked up and set up. They went above and beyond. Very nice people.
