Wonderful stay at Joseph´s place. Anthony - his help - was available to guide us through to the place. We were 10 of us in a tempo traveller and the road on which the house was - was a bit too small for the tempo. Apart from that all good. We had to park it 100 mts away - which was a minor thing. Overall a decent stay and value for money.

I had a wonderful one-night stay with family at this property! The place is new, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The large room, spacious hall, balcony, and bathrooms made our stay extra comfortable and relaxing. Its location is perfect—right near Kuttikanam town and conveniently situated on the main road. Though it was a short stay, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

We had an amazing stay at Sigimon’s place! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Sigimon was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. We stayed at this place with family for 2 nights and the experience was fantastic. Right from check in to check out, the host was super responsive and very friendly. We felt right at home with the positive attitude of the host. This house is also very beautiful and matches exactly as per the pictures. All three bedrooms had AC and the kitchen was a fully equipped one. There was also washing machine and dryer. The swimming pool was yet another highlight. Overall it is a super worth place for families, very much recommended

My family and I had the wonderful opportunity to stay at Genesis during the Christmas break, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The property is exceptionally spacious, with a clean, clutter-free design that made it feel incredibly welcoming and relaxing. The open layout allowed us to move around freely, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Our kids particularly loved the generous size of the rooms, giving them plenty of space to play and unwind. The beds were comfortable, and the modern amenities throughout the property ensured a cozy and convenient stay. We also appreciated how well-maintained everything was, from the fully equipped kitchen to the beautifully kept bathrooms. The location was ideal for a family getaway, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Genesis to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable retreat. It was a memorable holiday.

Thanks Jinu for being a wonderful host and helping us with our itinerary each day. We loved the hospitality and great food, beautiful greenery all around. Enjoyed the pool and good weather. Thanks to your father for the farm visit and to yourself/ your mother for the great home made food. Due to the unusual heavy summer rains, we felt the weather was cool in the evenings and the early morning views from Panchalimedu were breathtaking. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.
