Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.

The Villa offers three bedrooms . The fantastic veranda offers many possibilities of recreation and of course the swimming pool.

Un casa Con stile is a unique house 50m2 with 1 bedroom ,1 living room ,1 bathroom and one balcony, located among Parga ,Preveza and Lefkada.Cafes, restaurants ,supermarkets are 200m. from our accommodation and our guests can go to the beach on foot.Wi -fi,TVs,central heating,air-conditioner, a fan roof,a fully equipped kitchen , a washing machine are available too. Our guests can visit Zallogo Ancient Nikopolis Acherontas river Nekromanteio Everything is very closeto our accommodation.

The appartment was renovated in 2018.Outdoors you will find a patio with a exclusive jacuzzi and fireplace also sunbeds and a playground. Inside are 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen which is combined with the living area. it has a sectional couch that also converts to a double bed. Other amenities include 3 TV's, washer, dryer, A/C in every room, espresso maker, stove top, conventional oven, microwave oven,fridge freezer but also an electric fireplace, safe and iron,ironboard

Near by it there are mini markets, restaurants and beach bar. The location makes easy for the guests mini trips in many famous destinations, Preveza, Parga, Syvota, Lefkas. The sound of the sea will make the atmosphere fully relaxed during your holidays.
