The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace with a table and a view of the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned, has satellite TV and an internet connection. Guests can use the garage, barbecue and shower cabin in the yard, as well as a large table in the yard. The house is a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. There is only one apartment for rent in the house. There are three excellent restaurants nearby.

Naša obiteljska kuća nalazi se na samoj pješčanoj plaži, pogled soba, apartmana i restorana je čaroban, predivan pogled na more, barke i uvale. Sobe nude privatan balkon, klimu, mini bar, tv, besplatni bežični internet. U našem obiteljskom restoranu nudimo domaća jela, svježe ulovljenu ribu koju lovimo svakoga dana obiteljskim ribarskim brodom. Apartman je s predivnim pogledom na more, privatnim balkonom. The house was built in the 2022 and it is located in small and peaceful settlement Potočnica at the most beautiful part of the island Pag. From the house there are some nice views toward the crystal clear sea. Neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by greenery. House is decorated in minimalist style yet it's modern and equipped with everything you need for pleasant stay.

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
